Error 334 happening again this evening

game froze and kicked me out of a dungeon after a big rubber band / desynch while fighting the final boss for a veteran dungeon (one with the mad alchemist scientist). tried to log back in but the little side page that usually shows the gaming news / patch updates never showed up and was stuck on the main screen.

closed app and restarted it, only to be locked out due to the game I guess not recognizing I was offline and kept telling me the account is already logged in.
