Are furniture recipes are bugged for new chapter or something? I complete 80% of chapter, searching every possible container while exploring and doing quests and I didn't get a single new recipe! I had dozens of base game furnitures, including one purple, but not even one green from chapter! In previous chapters at this point normally I had dozen of green ones and couple new blues. This is quite opposite expierience from previous chapters...

There are also really less containers (even in city buildings) which sucks.

So I searched HUNDREDS more containers (owned and not owned) and still not a single one page - only base game ones. It's only my experience? Anyone is getting these recipes from containers?

My guildmates seem to be finding them every now and then, but I'm in the same boat as you. Dozens of base-game ones, nothing new except one from a Mirrormoor portal

Eh, I submited a ticket right now. Why I'm always so lucky? This year I lost 10 outfit slots, I was PTS banned and now one my favourite chapter thing is bugged...

I got 3 green recipes so far, plus the purple one dropping from mirrorshard events twice. I thought that was unlucky...

Try outcast inn north of skingrad, that's where most people are farming. Bunch of containers and reset door in same room.

Try outcast inn north of skingrad, that's where most people are farming. Bunch of containers and reset door in same room.

@EF321 Really appreciate the advice. I'm in the same boat as the OP. Got only 3 plans so far.

Edit: Is "Outcast inn" is the name of this inn? I do not remember seeing it. Then again, I have not explored everything yet.

It's this place and there is a kitchen in the back, it has door outside for reset too

@EF321 Thanks a lot for the map. I do not think I've been to this place yet. First focused on scribing then finding the bosses/delves/incursions spots for dailies. I will try this place today.

So I checked the inn and it's weird - on my main it's only trash base game recipes, but on my alts I got one green and blue and it didn't take whole eternity. I will test it more tomorrow but now it looks like only my main is bugged or it's just catastrophic rng.

I got theory that rng system is broken in some way, which we saw in anniversary event with style pages - some people had drops quite quickly and some didn;t get anythin after hundreds tries. There are also apparently weird rng in tales of tribute and other places, so something is broken probably.

Even now I had weird rng with inks. Since release I didn't have a single ink from container but now while farming in inn - I got one ink from bag and after reset immediately I had 2 inks in same bag. How high chances for that should be?

You must not be looking in the right place. There's a kitchen in the back with eight dressers, plus a bunch of baskets & stuff. Right next to the four dressers in the middle, there's a door leading out to the courtyard. Loot all containers in the kitchen (or at least the dressers), go out the door, come back in, repeat.

Dressers and backpack. Backpack can give ink too

I got ink 3 times so far, from alchemy nodes, and each time it was two at the same time. I figured it only drops when multiple harvest happens to activate...

Thanks for the pointer, will be visiting this spot quite a bit until I have them all. It's a smooth one to farm.

Well, after an hour or so of doing fascinating and stimulating circles through the inn, I can report that I was able to find an incredible number of furnishing plans: 0

Did they remove them from the game? Did ZOS even *implement* furnishing plans for this expansion?

I keep hoping to find *something* that will keep me here... but this certainly isn't doing it... >.>

Let me correct that... I *do* find furnishing plans: High Elf Beds and Khajiit End Tables, Nord Shelves and Rough Crates, Wood Elf Bars and Argonian Mats, Rough Stretchers and Knives. I can also offer Bravil's Best Beet Risotto, Fristhold Fruit and Cheese Plates and Heart's Day Rose Tea.

But nothing from this new chapter.

I did get 3 or 4 new plans, but mostly it's some base game ones plus an unhealthy number of white ones. What concerns my the most is the absence of the new green plans. I'm not getting those at all.

I bet the same guy did the drop rate for the new furniture plans , that did the drop rate for the10. Jubilee style pages 😄 so far after 5 hours I got one green

I got several blue and green ones and 1 purple, but it was an argonian furn plan.People are saying they are getting the new ones there, so I'll keep trying. BTW it didn't take too long to get, but there is a 30 min cooldown for purp plans, so I left. Going back today.

I'm nearly done with the story and sofar got 1 gold road green plan from a container, and a yellow one from an incursion.
All the rest were from other parts of the game. Very low drop rate indeed.

Well I have gotten two different purp (new plans specifically for the mirror shards) from shard incursions. I've done maybe 10 incursions? So drop rate seems pretty good there because we also get the actual shard furnishings. I've gotten like 6 furnishings.

Ive been farming the outcast inn on 5 toons multiple times a day. I've gotten plenty of the new blues, and a couple purples, but no greens yet.

Once I drop a blue and green plan of any type I swap toons. If a purple is going to drop itll drop before I get my green and blue of that hour.

I've gotten many purples, but the large majority of the plans of all colors being dropped are base game plans, and not the new ones. I can confirm that you can aquire every new plan excluding the mirrormoor incursion-specific ones from that inn location.

Please don't argue with me. I've been farming plans a long time, and yes, there are cooldowns. If you have something constructive to add, go ahead, but cooldowns exist.

Disagreeing is not arguing. THERE IS NO COOLDOWN ON GREEN/BLUES. There, now we are arguing. This is based on my personal experience. Just because you have a different one does not mean mine isn't valid and true.

I've gotten 3 purple furniture recipes in a row. My personal experience guides my opinion.

I've factually, got 3 purples in a row, so idk about cooldowns but you can def get more then 1 at a time.

The Mirror events gave me a purple crystal recipe as well as an actual crystal furnishing and spinning one. I got a blue and a green in one delve box. Putting cp into chance of double furnishing drops is very helpful both for casual farming and places like Archive.

After some tests by farming in inn I get new recipes even on my main. So it looks like it's not bugged but green recipes have much lower drop rate than usual. I get double purple (with CP perk) and 4 blues but only 1 green - at this point I should have 10-15 green at least. It's a bit weird that I had something like 40 base games recipes (even some purples) until first new one dropped but whatever

With current droprate and lack of proper containers in world, cheesing inn is only viable solution to farm these which is shame, because I prefer more "natural" farming by traveling through world and looting everything on my way...

I've just been chatting with fellow farmers on PC EU and we all agreed the drop rate for the new plans was dire. But I'm also seeing a LOT of the base game racial style books (more than I've noticed before) and LOADS of white patterns. I also get a lot of the Azander folios.

So purely from my own biased experience, it does 'feel' a bit odd at the moment, but I'm aware that might well be due to my poor luck so far.

The amount of racial style books is strange though.
