After looking through the forums this post is what helped the most. All the information provided from ESO's official site made no mention of where to go to redeem when and all I needed to do was go to the link in this post and get a code.
Also good to note, it appears that the promotion only requires signing up for Geforce Now, playing the game through it may not be necessary to redeem. This was something that wasn't clear to me when I started this process. I am glad players in the forums are far better and explaining how these things work than the companies involved.Step by step instructions on how to get a code from not having an account. Step 1:
Go to https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/account/redeem/
Step 2:
Click Big Green Login Button
Step 3:
Input your e-mail and click Continue
Step 4:
Fill in Information, complete Captcha, Click Create Account
Step 5:
Verify your e-mail by going to your e-mail and clicking the verify link in the e-mail they sent you
Step 6:
Click the Recommendation Settings you want and click submit(Not necessary)
Step 7:
On this screen click: Join Now Under "Geforce Now"
Step 8:
Click "Select" under the free Plan.
Step 9:On the next screen click Redeem at the top and then you'll see:
Click redeem and get code
