How to claim Nvidia Geforce NOW reward

I must be stupid but I don't know how to claim the reward announced here: https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/de/news/post/66075

I am member (free pass), I am logged in but I don't see how to claim it.

Can somebody help?

Instructions neither on Nividia website nor on ESO website helps

Or is it only if you play ESO via Geforce Now that you can use it but you will never use it when playing ESO via other platforms?

Interesting somewhere was instructions that you must have Ultimate or Priority sub.
But now I can see that even free members can claim it.

Go to redeem section and you will see it.

it is redeemed to (in my case) pc and xbox (can't check for ps as currently don't have ps cloud)

The promotional email for this arrived in my inbox today. It says paid members can claim it “today” while free members can claim it beginning May 31. Those are the same based on the date the email was sent, so the wording makes no sense there. On the website the announcement is dated yesterday (May 30), and it seems the wording was just recycled for the email. So paid members would have gotten a few hours’ early availability.

The email and website announcement also say it’s given out on a “first come first served” basis. I don’t know if they limited the number of redemptions.

@ZOS_Kevin Can you clarify what’s going on here with the FCFS phrasing?

doesn't work for me... and no, i didn't put the bottom one in wrong. when it declines it, it gives you a new one. tried putting in the correct one just for the screen cap (because i know a gazillion ppl are going to tell me "you did the bottom part wrong"), but as soon as you click the box, it changes the bottom one and the red part saying it expired goes away

You do not use code in Nvidia page. Go to your eso account page:

or rendeem in game.

finally got it. i guess they didn't have it going earlier this morning. ironically, i got this on my main account for watching 8 hours of streaming. was getting this one for my husband's account. took a little over 7 and a half hours between waiting for it to be available, figuring it out and then of course the game didn't want to let me log in... it was easier to watch the 8 hours of streaming LOL

Btw I am used to do anything with my account at ESO account page so, when something give me key I go straight to the redeem page on the ESO account.

And yes...

I was told you must have the game through Steam to claim this and with Nvidia GeoForce Now. That's sad as I collect the horse mounts.

You don't. I literally made a new Geforce account for an alt account of mine which uses the ESO launcher and everything was fine. Took me all of 3 minutes to grab and redeem.

I have Nvidia GE Force App and still it wouldn't let me log on. Said to reset pass word but it still wouldn't let me log on with FB, Google .... so oh well. Just another mount (and not even a great looking one) to go with my other 120 mounts.

One code per Geforce account.

However, making a new Geforce account and getting another code takes less than five minutes.

The article on the ESO website says "GeForce NOW Premium Members can claim their free mount by opting into rewards and checking their email for instructions. Ultimate and Priority members can redeem starting today, while free members can claim it starting May 31". But from this thread it sounds like people found the code somewhere on the Geforce website.

If there's a page which shows it can someone post a link please? I'm going in circles on the website and can't find it.

Step by step instructions on how to get a code from not having an account. If you have an account you can skip down to step 7. Spoiler tags used to hide big pictures.

Step 1:
Go to https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/account/redeem/

Step 2:

Click Big Green Login Button

Step 3:

Input your e-mail and click Continue

Step 4:

Fill in Information, complete Captcha, Click Create Account

Step 5:

Verify your e-mail by going to your e-mail and clicking the verify link in the e-mail they sent you

Step 6:

Click the Recommendation Settings you want and click submit(Not necessary)

Step 7:

On this screen click: Join Now Under "Geforce Now"

Step 8:

Click "Select" under the free Plan.

Step 9:

On the next screen click Redeem at the top and then you'll see:

Click redeem and get code

Nvidia tech support couldn't explain it either - it's been escalated to Tier 2 support. I'll report back when I get a response from them

It looks like it takes a while for the reward to show up after you sign up, or in my case opt into recieving rewards because I'd previously turned that off since it also means signing up for email spam.

When I was looking at the redeem a code page on Nvidia 3 hours ago it didn't show anything, but when I checked just now it was there.

It probably doesn't take 3 hours, but in between I was doing housework and shopping so I wasn't on the computer to check.

This is a lot of work for NVidia to promote their lag-heavy system. I watched an average of 8 horrible McDonald's commercials each time trying to get into their server, and then the actual way to redeem the mount is an exercise in logging into several different systems. This not endearing me to NVidia or McDonald's in the slightest.
