Can‘t use potions since 4 Weeks now

@ZOS_GinaBruno, maybe you are willing to help me, the German Support won‘t do anything and the German Community Managers, they ignore me.

Ticket: 240504-003070

Potions are greyed out on my Warden since last Patch now. Reinstalling, cache clearing, save data deleting, arsenal change, nothing helps. I spend much time for leveling this Charakter and paying real Money for Skill Lines and Shards and now the char is broken since weeks.

    Could you try unassigning the potions then reassigning them?

    If not or if that won't work, try going to an armoury station and reetting the character so it has no slot tables assigned.

    I can only imagine how frustrating this is and how absolutely game breaking it would be.

    Have you tried having another player create a potion of the exact same type and then stacking their potion with yours?

    im not sure if this is possible since your using controller UI, but if your in your regular view like in the first video, can you get the potion tooltip to come up? normally this is just hovering with mouse

    maybe the tooltip would have some clue why its not useable

    cant say ive ever seen the potion slot just greyed out entirely like that before though

    Sorry to ask, as this is more of a "is it plugged in?" type question, but I didn't see your character stats on the videos you provided: the potions are cp 150 potions. Is that toon also max level?

    You might cover your bases and prepare some offerings to Whitestrake and Sanguine. Not sayin it'll work, but it couldn't hurt. ;)

    does it give you any kind of error message when you try using the potion? usually it will be in the top right (such as if you use your potion too early while its still on cooldown, it will say "item not ready" or something similar)

    I'm very sorry it's happening to you, this issue is beyond frustrating. I hope you will find a solution soon and get help from ZOS team.

    From my personal perspective, the first thing I'd do would be verify the game files. Something seems to be broken in how the game perceives your potions, and maybe this would help -- unless you've tried that already to no avail.

    Please fix my char or give me the Tokens for Riding 60/60, Tokens for the Skill Lines i paid, and something for my time which i spend to Level up this Char!!! Are you kiddin’ me ZOS??? Waiting for Weeks now, no answers. Is this what a paying Customer is worth it for you all?
