Slate-Gray Summoned Bear should be listed as a Skill Style

The Slate-Gray Summoned Bear collectible changes the color of the Feral Guardian skill, yet it's not considered a Skill Style.

Skill Styles are located in the Collections Menu under the Appearance tab:

Meanwhile, the Slate-Gray Summoned Bear collectible is still in the Special category:

Wouldn't it be better if we could equip the Slate-Gray Summoned Bear collectible via the Skills menu, like we can with Skill Styles?

If the Slate-Gray Summoned Bear collectible is an example of what the Skill Styling system will become (Class ability recolors, Ultimate ability recolors, and Pet ability reskins/polymorphs) then wouldn't it make sense to classify this collectible as a Skill Style itself, so it doesn't feel out of place compared to the Skill Styles which will come in the future?

thats kind of surprising to me that the bear skin color is not considered a skill style, because thats what it functionally is right now lol

im sure originally they put it in the special category because they didnt have a anything for skill styling implemented at the time, but theres been nothing else added to that category since lol

I've made a few mock-ups of what the Slate-Gray Summoned Bear collectible might look like if it was implemented as a Skill Style. As you know, Skill Styles use the icon of the base morph of the skill, which is recolored to match what the Skill Style looks like.

For instance, here's how I think it might look like in the menu, compared to the Regeneration skill with the "Regeneration, Azure Blue" Skill Style equipped:

Then, keeping in mind that Skill Style icons continue to use the recolored icon of the base morph of the skill, here is what Wild Guardian with Slate-Gray Summoned Bear might look like, compared to Combat Prayer with the "Blessing of Protection, Sky Blue" Skill Style:

Here's what it might look like in the menu for applying the Slate-Gray Summoned Bear skin on Feral Guardian and its morphs:

And here's how it might look in the Skill Styles section of the Appearance Menu, with the name changed to "Feral Guardian, Slate Gray" to match the naming convention:

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin Was Slate-Gray Summoned Bear considered at all when developing the Skill Styling system, and is there a chance that it will be integrated into the Skill Styling system?

im currently assuming that right now this first past is mostly for non-class skill styles, they might go back and update it when they likely do class skill styles in a future update (so its more consistently done)

not sure what other kind of technical stuff they have it set up as right now for the bear style

If they expand this system to class abilities that will probably be when they move it. So they can avoid complaints about other classes not having them, and distance themselves from expectations of well they moved the Slate Gray bear to class styling so that definitely means they will do them for other classes if they decide not to incorporate class skills into the styling system down the line.
