Account unlocked, but so depressing!!!!!!!!!

So I got into my locked account today, right before they took the servers down again. I had tons of mail, including lots of stuff from the guild store, where I got kicked during my lockout. Character progression gone, achievements gone, anniversary festival gone, 30 possible event tickets gone, ESO Plus canceled, so much lost, so much to repeat. I thought that I would be happy when the unlock came....not so much. I logged out.

They absolutely did not do enough to "make things right".

Their compensation package made sense when we were looking at a few days. But 10 days? Missing every remaining day of the event? Being out for so long that mail and lead expiration is a problem? Not a single effort was made to address these things.

Okay, fine, I can understand that mail expiration is probably a tough problem for them to fix or that granting hundreds of boxes would be logistically infeasible. So I'll give them a pass for that.

But they didn't even bother to do the easy no-brainer stuff like give us the ticket-exclusive cake slices for the new achievement or the other missing daily login rewards. Or even just extending the event for just a single day so that the people who emerge from the lockout could still interact with the event.

It's beyond disgraceful.

I’m sorry for the letdown! It’s upsetting that ZOS didn’t at least extend mail and lead times and I wish that they had done more to make up for missing the anniversary event!

Shouldn’t your ESO+ have been reinstated? Or is that delayed until May? I’m afraid I’m fuzzy on the details.

I wish that ZOS would do something extra nice for the community since there are a lot of people understandably frustrated with problems outside their control and then how the issues were handled.

I wonder under which category would asking about the account recovery and compensation fall under within the Customer Support system?
I'm trying to figure out how this would work, how it would be applied, and other details related to the lockout.

I'm probably crazy for trying to ask, but I might as well try.

1. May those of us that were in the PTS lockout have a discount off the Gold Road Upgrade and Gold Road Deluxe Upgrade? I'm saving up to buy Gold Road for the new account that I started with the Necrom Deluxe Collection key that was given to those of us in the PTS lockout.
2. If it is not too much to ask, may the PTS lockout compensation be applied to my alt account, Anachronian, rather than the locked out account, Anachronia, for the 16,000 Seals of Endeavour, the 5 Glorious Anniversary Jubilee Gift Boxes, and 17 of the 25 Jubilee Confetti Packs? Anachronia was still missing replica style pages and 7 more Jubilee Confetti Packs. Also, may the 1 month extension to ESO+ be applied to Anachronian instead of to Anachronia?
3. I realize that customer support and others have been working very hard lately with all that has been going on with the PTS lockout, and I am thankful for getting my account back, but can I know whether or not the Cake Devourer achievement will be available to those that missed out on the last pieces of cake? I was planning to use 3 tickets from the 6:00 AM - 9:59 AM EDT window on this Thursday to finish up the achievement, so I missed out on the last 3 slices on Anachronian.
4. Is there a way that Orsinium Zone DLC could be applied to Anachronian for free, given that it was available freely throughout most of March and I already had it previously on Anachronia?

I realize these are a lot to ask, and that customer support as well as others are quite busy, but thank you for passing this along to those that may consider these items for adjusting compensation.

As far as the ESO+ time, ESO+ canceled just means that you still have ESO+ time but your subscription won't autorenew, so you just have to log in to your account to set up autorenew (if you want it). I think they gave 30 days of ESO+ time plus the associated crowns as part of the comp for 10ish days off.

Indeed, though for PC I think the extension won't occur until May 6. My question was whether or not I could put the extension on the new account that was created with the key they gave us during the PTS lockout.

I don't even think it would be logistically infeasible; just ask the affected players to clear up 71 inventory slots on each of their characters and then grant 70 boxes to each character.

If they can't credit items directly to player inventories (they can with currencies, for sure), they can instead create a new container that holds 70 purple boxes (same way PTS template containers work) and mail those containers to each player according to how many characters they have.

The lack of boxes is by far the biggest blow for me. I know I lost out on probably between 1 k to 2k boxes total.

I can't turn seals into gold, alchemy mats, dreugh wax, over a week of 2x experience gain or lost time.

It would be nice to at least see them give gold boxes equal to lost days, the cake slices and some other daily log ins.

With how many updates, hotfixes, and maintenances this game undergoes, I don't think it'd be particularly difficult to do an update just to add a new item. Heck, I can provide Chinese localization too: "應得的補償".

You're right, though; I have tinnitus from how loudly their inaction has spoken.
