Missing whole cakes.

I was here in ESO during the first anniversary event. I DID that event AND its quest ALL those years ago! and now... I'm denied all the whole cakes between 2022 and 2016. thank you Zos for absolutely proving that you people cant keep records.

I thought maybe they just put these in as new achievements just recently?

no it was mementos.

but I was there. I clearly remember obtaining those mementos.

it seems clear that those records for my account was lost all those years ago.

If you've not done so yet, we recommend that you go ahead and open a ticket with customer support so they can look into this account issue.
