You CAN earn all the mount fragments through playing. There are 60 tickets available during the event, and all you have to do to earn them is get the cake, and then summon and eat the cake each day. You only have to spend a few tickets for fragments if you get a box each day.

Except that the mount requires 25 fragments, and each costs 3 tickets. That's 75 tickets. The only way to get the mount is to spend 3,750 crowns on extra tickets (2,750 if you still have 12 tickets from the Jester's Festival), and that's if you log on every day, and don't buy anything else from the Impresario.

As has been pointed out, you get a fragment each day from the golden box so that’s only 5-7 that you’d need to buy from the Impressario. There are plenty of tickets to get the mount and the Cake Devourer achievement and the morphs one will have more opportunities to get in future events.

Does anyone have screenshots of these rare drop style pages (from fishing, dolmens, geysers, etc.)? My Google search turned up conflicting results.

Yeah, I didn't realize you got a fragment in every, or at least almost every gold box. This is fair, then, at least for a special anniversary mount. Complaint withdrawn.

As far as I know there is not. I’m in the same boat, I took a break a while back and missed a few myself.

I love the introduction of cake slices from past years, but wish that we could get could at least get cakes from years our account was active but we missed the event for whatever reason (2020 for me).

I just wanted to point out that Original Article still says that event ends tomorrow (April 23 at 10AM EDT), but in game store says "3 Days left".

I have heard that it might be extended, but I am not sure if this is extended for everyone, or only for accounts that were affected with PTS bug.

It was extended for PC NA because the server was down during primetime because of the PTS problem.

When people who participated in the event envy those who got banned, you know that something went horribly wrong.
I am very unhappy with these new style pages. The previous event was a disappointment, too - my account is 3 years old and yet I was unable to collect that pig pet after participating in every Jester's festival. And now it's even worse. I have no desire to grind 500 dolmens and geysers for a chance of getting the new cosmetics. It would've been okay if they dropped outside of the events or if they were tradable, but their low drop chance combined with inability to get them from the Impressario or other players makes it a horrible decision.
And yeah, while I understand the frustration of those who got unfairly banned and empathize with them, I would rather be banned too, a week without ESO is better than spending the same week maniacally grinding geysers.
I also understand that these super rare bound drops might've boosted participation metrics for a while, but I am sure that this will cause a sharp drop after the event... Especially when many people spend hours grinding only to get nothing at all.
So yeah, I am disappointed. I didn't even expect anything special, and if this event was on par with previous events (that had tradable rewards), I would've been happy.

I play on PS/NA, and the event just ended for us, and for the folks on PS/EU, XB/NA, and XB/EU.

Overall, thanks for the Anniversary Event! However, for me the event felt like 90% grind and 10% fun.

Good: Drop rates for motifs, recipes, blueprints in the event boxes were okay. I filled multiple storage containers with stuff to sell in guild store later this year. I did lots of daily crafting writs, and appreciate the drop rate for raw materials, transmute crystals, perfect roe.

Meh: I ended up having to buy some Jubilee Confetti with event tickets in order to get the Anniversary Mount, even after getting one Confetti drop per day during the event. I wish that you set the "cost" for this mount so that folks that play every day would earn enough Confetti to get it on the last day of event without having to buy additional Confetti with event tickets.

Bad: low drop rate for Anniversary style pages. I heard an earful from others in zone chat, guild discord, and on these forums about how folks were spending multiple tens of hours grinding for these style pages, so I decided to skip them entirely. Others I know spent hours tried to get them without success. Congrats to those who were successful in getting them!

I doubt anyone who plays the game envies those still dealing with the ban now!

Sure, they’re getting the style pages and seals for a cosmetic item (or several), which can be fun, but they’ve missed out on the rewards that can impact gameplay — materials and transmute crystals — not to mention the ongoing stress and uncertainty of being locked out of playing on one’s account for over a week now and no one knows how long it will ultimately be.

Except for my account being locked for playing on the PTS, the event was fun. I got a lot of style pages and stuff I would not otherwise have.

If my account is unlocked by Sunday so I can play with my progression group, the Jubilee event will be a success in my view.

You need to extend the event not by just two days but by the number of days people have been locked out of their accounts. And considering some still are, that means by a week at the very least.

Overall, I very much enjoyed the event. As others have said, style pages in the boxes were awesome (my crafter learned soooo many!), as well as some of the traditional rare drops (aetheric cipher, for example). Lots of furnishing plans were great, as well!

I'm a bit disappointed in the style page drop rate, and rather than grind for all pages, as some folks did, I went for the only one I truly wanted and did eventually get it from a geyser.

I also am disappointed in the fact that I wont get that 'last day' of daily writs in tomorrow, due to scheduled maintenance. If this maintenance is to extend the festival, YAY!

Again, overall it was great.
Thank you all for the work that makes this game fun.

Looks like I am not getting the mount because of this maintenance. Logged in every day and bought 5 extra, but one piece will be missing.

Also missing that one piece for the mount and three final event tickets. You see, we were told the Anniversary Jubilee was extended two days, to end at 10AM Eastern, and some of us planned out our even ticket spending based on that promise.
However, the ability for that to happen ended when the servers were taken down at the same exact time as the daily reset. As far as I know there has been no explanation provided for the "misunderstanding."

Frankly, the biggest insult of this thing is how the lockouts went from "2-3 days" to 10 days with no explanation. And, oh yea, it means that those people who were locked out get zero chance to interact with the event after the lockout.

And that's not to mention that their way of apologizing for this is to give us a bunch of currency to buy cosmetics, which doesn't exactly make up for all the things that have gameplay value that we actually missed, while at the same time stirring jealous acrimony from the players who do care about such cosmetics. This might have been fine if it was "2-3 days", but 10 days? With the way they ended this event by cutting the extension short? Sure doesn't look like the behavior of a company that wants to "make things right".

In all my years here, I've never been so disappointed. Not even Update 35 had left this bitter of a taste.
