Issues with Daily Login Reward Day 2 For Orsinium DLC

PS5, Discbased PS4 Version with Update to PS5
No DLCs
Day 1 reward claimed
Screen says: Day 2 and "Available in 18h..."

Claimed on day 1.

Own DLC already from purchasing it and have, some time after purchasing also subscribed to ESO+.

Have purchased all other DLCs except the Scribes of Fate one which released after I subbed to ESO+

Says can't claim for 18 hours on the DLC itself and that the last day of the month reward is not going to be available as the month will reset before I can claim it.

Also, not sure whether it is relevant but I never got the usual pop-up for the daily rewards to be claimed when I logged on. And when I first tried to view the daily rewards to see how the "claim" would work for something that I already had (because I wanted to make sure it didn't show me as skipping a day, which of course is exactly what happened) it would not let me get to it from the usual menu. I could open the crown store and go to the seals of endeavour store but the other icons, including to view daily rewards, were missing. I had to try numerous times after hopping between zones before they appeared and they are missing again now after checking my DLC purchases.



ETA: Travel to the Deadlands worked for me too. Pop up for rewards when I arrived, able to "claim" and the last day now unlocked.

I TP to Clockwork City and got the reward. Last reward is available now as a consequence.

Update:

Was logged on PC US megaserver during reset time. Reward was unclaimed but after some time it fixed itself.

And for PC EU had to port to Fargrave.

I restart eso, and now it says i have to wait 18 h for claim, and last is blocked
Also i had before 2 crates instead of dlc (which i already have), now the dlc (that i dont need).

PC EU, owned since 2018.
If you unlock the reward via visiting DLC zone, but then teleport somewhere else without claiming, it will be locked again and forever. 🙃

It says to claim Orsinium in 18hrs. Day 31 reward is locked out.

Ported to Fargrave and I was able to claim the Day2 reward. Day 31 reward is unlocked.

I didnt unlock the reward travelling, so i tried to restart game and now i have to wait 18 h and last day reward is blocked...

on 2 friends' accounts (They don't have forum accounts.):

Traveling to Fargrave made the daily available but I didn't collect. Went on to check Deadlands and Clockwork City, both still bugged. Revisited Fargrave to collect but that was no langer possible

Claimed yesterday‘s crates.
Couldn‘t claim Orsinium (stated cooldown until tomorrow) (didn’t even get the automatic popup on login) and the last reward of March was locked.
Porting to Crossroads wayshrine in Clockwork City brought the pupup to claim Orsinium and now the last reward isn‘t locked anymore.

PC EU, Orsinium bought many years ago, ESO+ still active

Day 1 rewards were claimed.

Update: Since it was suggested that traveling to owned DLC regions solves the issue, I'll just mention that this did not work for me.

I had tried Fargrave, Southern Elsweyr, Hew's Bane, Clockwork City and Galen before I gave up.

Had the same issue as described by multiple people here. PS5 EU, own the dlc and have ESO+

Traveling to Fargrave allowed me to claim the daily login reward and the last day is no longer locked out.

I did claim the day one rewards.
I do not own Orsinium. (But I do have ESO+)

Can not claim it, timer went back to 24 hours and the final reward is greyed out.


Edit: For some bizarre reason teleporting to Fargrave indeed fixed the issue. I could claim Orsinium and the final reward is no longer greyed out.

Maybe because we got The Deadlands for free we need to travel there to claim Orsinium for free

Confirm that traveling to Fargrave fixed the issue, the daily reward appeared and was able to claim Orsinium, and last day reward is available again.

Looks like a server clock issue, but I suppose that's where the upcoming 12h maintenance is for..

It also makes sense that this is a clock issue, as I got the costume and other new rewards for completing Orsinium yesterday, while I should have gotten them today. Odd that it takes an entire day for people to notice this is happening.
