And again we get this endeavour, only this time with 100 seals reward so players loose more if they dont do it and cant just do another one without loosing 90(% of the) seals of endeavour.

Endeavours shouldnt require you search online how to do them then spend another hour doing them ingame, otherwise we can rename this game to Endeavour Seals Online.

Before I got found out about the Fargrave Inn or got Azander, the safeboxes in Bal Foyen were my go-to for this endeavor.
It's a tradition, or an old charter, or something...

You don't need to search very far, this thread alone has plenty of advice on how to get this (very easy) endeavour done in a timely fashion. For me it took less than 5 minutes, I got one blue item from pickpocketing Tinegwen in Anvil, and then the next guy i pickpocketed gave me an Embet wallet.

I picked the guards' pockets in Vivec City.

I got a golden furnishing from one-- a bounty sheet for a Colovian Male. I've got a number of other bounty sheets from other occasions, but this was the first time I got one for a Colovian.

I also got a blue treasure from a guard.

I also like to pick the pocket of the assassin who hangs out in Vivec City behind the Alchemist's stall. I've gotten a few golden furnishings from him before-- human skulls.

Gold Coast Trading Company in Anvil is a good target, 3 people inside and lots of containers. Summon Ember for pickpocketing and Azandar for containers. If you've been playing for any length of time you should have a decent legerdemain skill, get the passive perks from it.

For the duelling one just ask a guildie to kill you twice, easy peasy.

I wonder which endeavour people will complain about tomorrow.

    none

won't be worth more than 15 tomorrow

This took me five minutes, but I took Ember along and two of her wallets dropped while I was pickpocketing. That pretty much did the trick.

It is pretty easy to get two blue items in a few minutes. Pick pocketing DOES count. That's what I did. I pick pocketed the guards and npcs in Belkarth.

Less than two minutes time and I was done.

I got this by just grabbing and deleting the Kari Hit List item. Grab, delete, grab again, delete for another day. Took like a minute.

another easy way to do this is to have azanders perk (either from keepsake or having him active), as the research folios are always blue and significantly more common when looting "steal" containers

those research porfolios can also contain additional blue items

for the endeavor yesterday i actually got 2 blue items from 1 container because i got an azander portfolio, which then contained a counterfeit edict (which itself was blue)

as a note though you have to open the portfolio while its marked stolen to have the contents also marked as stolen, if you launder the portfolio beforehand (if you can) then it would not mark the contents as stolen when opening
    plays PC/NA
    handle @Necrotech_Master
    active player since april 2014

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

feel free to stop by and use the facilities

Same point when pickpocketing guards. I manage to fail even if it is most likely to succeed far too often. You are stealing my RNG! (Just kidding of course, but my history is not good!)

The RNG gods hate me today. What a pain!

(Yeah, it is "steal 2 blue items" as my last one to knock out. I don't duel nor patrol the IC sewers.

I will find a way, but I probably will have stolen far more than 200 items before reaching this!

Blue items count the pardons too.
So you either grab some thieves guild boxes or open strong boxes.

Did the mission yesterday in just 5 minutes opening on 7 strong box in Eastmarch.

Works great when those are there and you can "pop them" quickly. I find they are often not there when I go to look. Much easier to look on the PC with addons than the PS5 as well, if you haven't memorized locations. Not sure the respawn timer, but it is not that quick.

I do have 1 maxed Legendermain character on each server, so I can do that, but I would almost certainly get caught if I tried the normal unlock.

VERY RANDOM and low probability for normal items, but I will have to try it with Azandar (sp?) at some point. I finally unlocked him. (Painfully long unlock questline.)

    Hi
If you have loads of CP points to spare, put them in "Cutpurse's Art" on the green tree. I've noticed a big difference on the quality of stuff looted.

There's always Kari's hit list. If you have a throwaway character, you can even just loot an item, destroy it, and then go back and loot the same item a minute later.
OR there are some achievements for looting master lockboxes in some DLC zones. Those always have blue-or-better items.

You don't need to go anywhere... unles NPC see you.
Just delete from inventory and after 1s it is back on the place for steal again.
It is second easiest (if your char discovered Abah'S Watch) endeavor after "X ultimate" on sorc (overload ult) and can be done in few seconds.

I got the endeavor done in about twenty minutes. Funny part is neither of them were treasures. Went thru my usual stealing spot and I picked up a blue furniture Pattern and an Orc Style book.

There's CP passives that may help.Get jack of all trades addon to autoslot unlocked stars if on pc.

Cutpurse's Art - Increases the chance to get higher-quality loot when pickpocketing, which counts for stolen items.
Homemaker - When looting containers,if there's chance of another plan, might get 2 blue or better.
Treasure Hunter - Possibly works with troves and safeboxes, not 100% sure though.

Companion boons are usually blue. I have Azandar's leveled perk now, so he''s not even following me. Both blue Items I got were his research pouches while looting urns.
Been there, got the Molag Bal polymorph.

Yes, pickpocketing DOES count for this type of endeavor.

But I don't think that pickpocketing counts for the endeavor to "Loot X stealable items from containers," because I tried it the last time that endeavor came up and it did not count. I think the key there is in the wording, "containers," because NPCs don't qualify as "containers."

I think the fact that pickpocketing counts for this type of endeavor but not for the other has caused some confusion, but the wording is of key importance-- similar to the difference between "Pick X locks" and "Loot X chests," where the first does not count if you force the lock on a chest and the second does not count unless you loot the entire chest; the wording matters.

Edit: Actually, I think the one where I tried pickpocketing and it did NOT count was "Steal X items from the environment," but I'm not certain. In any case, I completed the one for "2 items of blue quality or better" by pickpocketing guards and it definitely DID count for this one.

Vvardenfell is easy because the motifs drop pretty quickly and count as blue or greater.

Personally, I just pickpocketed two nobles on a max Legerdemain character and got both blues within like 3 minutes.

Correct. Pickpocketing does not count as stealing from the environment. Looting a corpse does, however. Fortunately, when the endeavor is worded "loot 2 blue stealable items," every way of looting counts.
