It says "loot" so I assume that is not pickpocketing.
So many complaints about endeavors lately. Why not create more productive threads along the lines of, say, "what's the most efficient way to complete the Loot 2 Stealable Items of Blue Quality or Better endeavor"? Threads of that nature tend to generate more positive discussion that can actually help others.

Fargrave house has 17 containers than can be stolen from within like 30 seconds. Leaving and reentering the house resets everything. Be surprising if 2 blue didn't pop up in containers in at least 2 runs through the house.
