What was once a small fishing village of north was turn into a horrid nightmare on April 4, 2014. For over a decade now the Covenant Dogs, Have continue to slaughter the innocents of Bleakrock Isle. As all we can do is look upon such cruel and barbaric act made reality, WE OF THE SURVIVOR'S OF BLEAKROCK COME FORWARD AND REQUEST OF JORUUN THE SKALD KING AND HIS SON PRINCE IRNSKAR, TO ALLOW US TO LEAD A COMPANY MEN AND WOMEN TO BLEAKROCK AND TAKE BACK ARE ISLE, TO FREE IT FORM THE COVENANT DOGS THAT CAME WITH DISHONOR AND SLAUGHTER ARE LOVED ONE AND FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!!! Yeah, they have the phasing to let the moonlet hang over Vivek City until your character finishes a quest (one of mine never will because I want to keep it active), so they could definitely have quests like that for re-taking Bleakrock but also other changes around Tamriel. Doesn't mean the Covenant would have to be totally removed, but the village could reclaimed and rebuilt. Might even be fun to let it slowly go back to normal by contributing crafting donations

On the other hand, it's probably a very poor ROI with the limited resources for world building. I think many fun ideas boil down to that. It may or may not sound fun, but someone has to decide where and how to spend limited developer resources.

People want post quest Bleakrock to be a Player Hub, let them have their fun since ZOS won't ever let them have Bleakrock.

I’m curious, which quest would remove the rock thing hanging over the city? I thought I had completed all of them but it is still there.

The moonlet is always there, but it's higher up and stable. I should have said that it is closing in on the city. At one point the sky is dark, the people are screaming, and so on. You can keep that going indefinitely if you wish by just not saving the city. Yet other players who haven't started the main quest, or those who have finished it, just see it as a normal sunny day.

It would be fun (not just for Bleakrock) if there was more creative use of phasing based on player actions. A nice way to get a since of having an effect on the game world

i know right ever since the beta i alway like Bleakrock it been my favorite starter isle i like the sense of a small island village remind me of greenland. which was a really beautiful place, and in the game when i go back to just hang out or patrol the walk path helping lower player if i fine them or antique hunting i just enjoy the area design.

It's a nice place for the "Kill 250 (humanoid) foes" weekly endeavor. They respawn so fast. Maybe that's a punishment of its own kind: Respawning every minute to be killed again for all eternity.

But seriously, it would be nice if there was a quest to get the island rebuilt.

I have posted several times over the years for a quest to restore Bleakrock Isle. I would love them to put a small houose or cabin near the wayshrine ( not one of those huge give away homes ) and spend quite time there. I have yet to get any response from ANYONE. They will continue to fix trival bugs that have little or no effect on gameplay yet when a request is made for something that people would enjoy no response is given.
A simple answer No we will never do this....or Yes we might consider this is not to much to ask.
Shame that no response will ever come!

@MaverickConnor22b14_ESO : Well well, you Sir are pretty missinformed.

As for playing other fractions content it wasn't possible till cadwells silver /and gold was introduced. Bloating up content by making players "enjoy" the others fractions content as if they have been part of it wasn't met with much love. This move by the gods (*cough cough Zeni cough) was not impressive and alot of anger was released upon the poor people of bleakrook ... and stros m'kai for that matter.

So please adress your request and revolte to the real responsible. (Hint: it ain't the covenant)
