Don't have a real main, and I try to play all characters/classes equally as I love them all. Though last week I did finish the final alliance(Cadwell's gold) on a DK, and right now I am working on the final alliance with a warden. Also working on a new sorc PvP build for the PvP event(not like it will do me any good hehe).
Will probably do the PvP event on my already PvP spec templar.
That alone is four classes really played in just the last two weeks. I move all over the place with what to play. We need many many many more character slots!!! So many great character ideas are going to waste.
Always 100% playing PvE: Mainly questing(260+ alliance zones 100% completed, not counting trainee islands) and topping out at veteran dungeons, as I cannot do trials(can't use discord and too much of a time commitment for me). Though I do get all the tickets during PvP events(takes me like 4 or 5 different PvP events to finish the kill 20 players quest).
Surprised that there seem to be as many Arcanists as Wardens, I know other polls were Wardens have been very popular. Did something happen in the last year with the class that made it highly unattractive to be mained?
Still my Bosmer necro healer. Still enjoy the Blastbones rotation, kinda sad it's being reworked but understand how much of a minority I am in liking necros the way they are.
My main is still my sorcerer. I both tank and dps with him. And he’s my master crafter, and I have almost all motifs unlocked with him and most all furnishing motifs unlocked as well. Thinking of unlocking a 3rd build slot to pvp with him as well without getting one shotted on my pve build.
I wanted to really main a necro, but in my humble opinion, sorcerers are better necromancers than the necromancer class. They have a curse/dot, and their kit is geared around summoning and buffing their minions. Pretty standard for any necromancer if you ask me.
Arcanist is my recent main, but nowadays I’m contemplating if I should give Warden a try. The class fantasy is unmatched for me and I really wanna be an ice mage… at least kind of.
Literally haven't played any other class since 2014. With how many non-class skill lines that exist, there hardly seems to be any reason to bother with a second class.
I started in 2014 with a DK, then after about a year I was mostly playing a Templar, but then to prep for the 10th anniversary I'm trying to get that DK caught up with all of the zone DLC. Up to Blackwood now. Don't think I can do all of the dungeons so just focusing on overland.
I have at least one of all classes but not enough time to invest in more than one at a time. Have been reading answers here (and similar threads) to see if anything stands out.

My first main was a templar, but once I tried the warden, I never looked back. My warden has been my main since 2018. I still play my templar but only very occasionally.
Templar! Also a DK on EU and NB on my alt, but definitely templar at heart. I play more PvE (writs, questing, dungeons, trials, etc) but play PvP frequently too (main just hit Colonel rank, tiers for transmutes, defending the honor of DC, BGs for funsies & endeavors, etc). My "dungeon main" would be mh DK tank. I mostly use my dk tank, warden healer, stamarc for trials but sometimes bring my templar main. Even the first toon I made when I tried the game for a couple hours 5+ years ago is a plar
Split between Templar (overland quester and crafter) and Arcanist (dungeons and tougher stuff), at least until the Arcanist nerf hammer hits. Then I will have to see how she does.
What I play most at the moment is Sorcerer, as I use the class to heal in Cyrodiil PVP and find it the most suitable to that end. I don't do much other content for now, so a lot of my actual gameplay is with Sorcs.

I swear, I just cannot commit to any class right now. I honestly just want ONE class that I can do everything with, and like it... but there are so many- this class does this better, than this class, but this class offers this that the other class doesn't. Ugh. Having been a Templar main for years... on one hand it feels like 'home' going back to playing Templar, but then after a few hours I start to realize why I switched- just so repetitive and boring. Warden- particularly Frostden- feels fresh and fun and I do love the bear... but worry about more difficult content that Templar can breeze through. Then there is Arcanist, who is SO OP that in open world you don't even need to generate crux- just one skill from a mile away kills everything in seconds. Dragonknight I was hoping to like, because I hadn't played it in years, but I'm finding myself not motivated to finish leveling it due to it being so underwhelming already. Most streamers list DK as dead last in their 'top class' list- in both Stamina and Magicka... and I can already see why. Do I want a fun class that takes forever to get through content, or would I rather have an easier time with another class that may be equally or even more fun? That's my dilemma at the moment.

They haven’t created a class I would call my favorite yet, and for the most part I like all the existing classes equally. At this point I have 11 max level characters, at least one of every class, that I switch between depending on what I’m doing in the game. After we learn more about scribing, I’m hoping I will be able to create a 12th character that mostly uses scribed skills just to be different, but since we will be waiting for scribing to be applied to classes I’ll have to wait awhile to see which class I would need to use for that project.
Edited to add: I picked sorcerer because I confess to MAYBE liking them just a tiny bit more, and to be able to see the results! 😂
I consider my Dunmer Templar my main for story, questing, and crafting. I play Sorc and Arcanist a lot as well, Arcanist is what I dps the best with (surprise) but have more survivability and support with the Sorc (tanky dps). I have every class and most roles setup but prefer to dps.
I only pvp during MYM and to level one in Cyrodiil if I need transmutes, not my cup of tea at this age anymore. I spend most of my time farming, doing dungeons and trials with guild when I can.
Stamden is my main.
I have so many other characters, all fun to play in their own way, but I always come back to my main.
She was my first ESO character and is always first into any new DLCs\content.
