In regards to the changes to getting health or Stam/Mag when a pet is summoned via the change to Expert Summoner
This change does not just take effect if a pet is summoned via the Sorc Skills, but Engine Guardian, Maw of the Inferno, and other like sets that "summon" are causing sorcs to go back and forth with the passive from Health or max Mag/Stam.
IMO: this passive needs to be reworked to only be affected by pets summoned by the Non-ultimate Daedric Summoning skills: Summon Unstable Familiar and Summon Winged Twilight.
Sets not not factor into this equation since they generally do not provide 100% uptime for people to effectively build around with the changes to Expert Summoner

I think the passive should only apply to "permanent" pets that do not expire, such as Unstable Familiar, Winged Twilight, and also Pack Leader's dire wolves. "Pets" which are set to expire after some duration, such as those summoned from sets and also Storm Atronach, should not count towards the flip-flopping of the Expert Summoner passive.
This is one of the few buffs that Sorcerer Werewolf has seen in a long time. The Pack Leader morph gets +10% Max Health, while Werewolf Berserker gets +10% Max Magicka/Stamina. Werewolf should continue to benefit from the Expert Summoner passive because it helps them out in both PvE and PvP.PC/NA — Lone Werewolf, the EP Templar Werewolf
