Strange isolated lever switch of Dreadsail Reef

There're something strange lever switch at that Dreadsail Reef.

It's located beside the cliff, need to jump from several wooden step.
Not like usual gate open lever, and I can't find out function of that thing.

Several people try to swing that lever, but nothing happen. :/
Anyone know purpose of that mysterious lever?
My playing time Mon-Friday UTC13:00-16:00 [PC-NA] CP over2000 now.
I have [1Tough tank] [1StamSorc-DD] [1Necro-DD] [1Real Healer]
with [1Stam Blade].
But, I'm Tank main player. Recently I'm doing Healer.

    Its a door lever to the gate above that takes you to the big harpy mini boss. One ofthe 3 levers that need pulling together

    I thought that was something secret contents like the DLC 4men dungeon.
    Little bit disappointed. :/

    Yeah, I also wanted to comment that the sketch is really good. I expected it to be vague scribbles but it's actually pretty professional looking.

    But yeah, it's just one of the 3 levers required to open the door. Dreadsail reef loves its levers.

    I wonder why SeaElves build "gate switch" such a dangerous location. :D
    Usually those type of switch is "secret" in the 4men dungeon.
