Anyways, if we go by Tamriel's lore, Redguards "are the most naturally talented warriors in Tamriel", "physically blessed with hardy constitutions" and "possess above average human strength and agility". So generally speaking, a Redguard should definitely be at the bottom floor of that castle, in the thick of the fray. Why do they make worse melee fighters in ESO than, say, the Dunmer, Altmer or even Bosmer (due to their increased Penetration) then?
That said, I agree that giving them Weapon and Spell Damage would be boring. There are ways to buff the class a bit without reusing passives that other races currently get, though.
