Werewolf could use some love

I'm not trying to make Werewolf OP it just could use some small buff and tuning to make it viable.

1. The main issue I see with Werewolf is a bug that disables weapon passives from applying to them while in Werewolf form I don't know if this was intended but if I'm using a maul or maces I should receive my penetration bouns instead it goes away.

2. Most people would agree that when they transform into Werewolves they typically will put the ultimate on the front bar where they have the most damage benefits when they change, I would say minor resolve as a passive, and maybe minor protection should be added for a slight increase in survivability for them no matter if they choose to back or front bar the ultimate.

3. Finally, Hircine's Bounty allow this to heal 5 or 10 seconds after the burst like (Green Dragon Blood or Artic Wind).

    I'm not sure what you're getting at with the second item, but I agree with both 1 and 3. Beyond that there's so much more that's necessary to bring werewolf up to a workable state again that's been brought up time and time again with no response from ZOS

    It's telling how many of these new threads keep popping up asking for werewolf to be viable again. I completely agree with your points, very minor tweaks that would improve the experience a lot.

    Points 2 and 3 would be nice. For PvP, I'd also like at least a little snare on Howl of Agony or a range increase on the AoE abilities, in particular the stun. I was chasing someone for like 5-10 seconds trying to stun them lol--not nice for a build that HAS to melee. Obviously, we can stack movement speed to prevent this, but still.

    Also, it would be nice if you got a special ultimate while in Werewolf form, since it's meant to last practically indefinitely compared to other transformations. Perhaps using the ult would drain your werewolf timer by 1/3--allowing you to still use it to leave werewolf form, but also giving you an ultimate reward for remaining in the thick of battle and keeping your timer up. It could be burst damage or brief berserk mode.

    1. Agreed, the weapon passives not working in Werewolf form is a serious bug and should be fixed as soon as possible. This should be fixed before Werewolf's balance is fine-tuned, because the lack of meaningful choices between weapons ends up killing build diversity and it goes against the "play how you want" ideal.
    2. Minor Resolve and Minor Protection would be great to have on Werewolf, since we can't slot our other skills (like Temporal Guard or Bound Aegis) due to being locked into the Werewolf bar. I think Minor Resolve should be added to Savage Strength, since that passive used to grant 10000 Armor, and it currently only gives Major Resolve, which grants 5948 Armor. Adding Minor Resolve would bump that up to 8922, which is fairly close to how we used to be, albeit this time via named buffs.
    3. Hircine's Fortitude used to have a heal over time as you've suggested, but it's unknown why it was removed. I believe that it would be a welcome change to reintroduce some kind of heal over time back to Hircine's Bounty and its morphs.

    I'm glad to see even more support for Werewolf on these forums. Hopefully your suggestions are heard and considered by ZOS.

    Please give us Werewolf Skill Styles (for customizing our fur color), Grimoires/Scribing skills (to fill in the holes in our builds), and Companions (to transform with).

    I and 3 feel very vital -- weapon passives bug needs a fix and a strong heal over time is badly needed
