I am sorry jpbreonub17 but I do not howl. I speak out against disrespect that they show to us all.
I am complaining about the level of service and the fact that we are kept in the dark about ETA of the downtime shows the level of the respect this company has for its highest paying customers (most people who are on right now have Imperial edition).
