There is no way to claim your stuck gift.

As @ZOS_Kevin said in his post https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/642206/issue-where-some-players-cannot-claim-remaining-gifted-crown-store-items#latest
They ask People to submit a Support ticket if remaining gifted Crown Store items can't be claimed.
As if they're able to resolve this problem.
The fact is, i place a ticket at September 2 and only get some automatic copy-pasted reply.
Today i finnal get a real person response.
They just repeat gifting was disabled(which is already known), and say nothing about solution, nothing about what they can do.
I forget to recieve my gifts and my gifts will expire in 1 day now.
I wonder is there anyone who susessfuly reclaim their gifts through tickets?

    Waiting on agent for 3 days and agent never show up.
    Where is the specialized team? Where is the best possible resolution?
    The resolution even exist?

    I think zos should have players automatically receive gifts before closing them.

    zenimax has by far the worst customer support out of any mmo ive ever played. Wow, albion, gw2, even bdo, are all far better and i have had far more positive experiences with those support teams, even when my issue could not be solved. This is not a jab, this is my honest opinion.

    Zenimax is usually just the same un helpful information. There are some good agents there, but in my many experiences over my many years of play, it has been negative.

    Zenimax support team do nothing in the past 3 days.
    What's the point of submitting a ticket?
    They just let my gifts expire.

    If you're in the United States and have the option to insert your phone number to receive a reply via text, go that route. I've had a lot of success doing that. I'm sorry I can't suggest anything for everyone else. :/

    Good news: My gift has expired because of no response from customer support :)
    They just saying you can send ticket but neither will they reply to it nor solve it.

    My friends can’t even bring their main character over from blue to play on red in cyrodill. It keeps saying they have an alliance change token in their gift inventory…they go to accept it and it won’t let them deny or accept it… they go to buy one with their own $$ from crown store, it says they need to accept or deny the gifted token first:… cmon, this shouldn’t take 5 plus days to fix!!!!

    It's no use to sumbit ticket, save your time.
    I'm very disappointed and would't subscribe until this is fixed.
