Bank has been entirely wiped.. all my 80 items gone

Hi,

Just experienced a simular problem. Lost all the extra bank space I bought, some items transfered to my normal inventory and the rest is gone. Also recieved a second copy of scroll of mara + pet by mail earlier today.

Yep, same thing just happened to me.... I lost some items, mostly mats and that's fine, i can get over that... but I upgraded my bank space to 90 items and now i lost that... back down to 60. Lot of gold there...

Add another victim to this bug. Submitted a ticket, still waiting for a fix and/or a non-cut&paste response.

Im posting everywhere cause I just got wiped!!! Bank is gone, sales are gone, racial motif books everything. Just got mailed a 2nd explorers pack too. OMG how can you sit there and let this happen to good players!

My bank got reset a second time. When I logged in one character I noticed I got my pre-order items again and the bank was empty and reset. Logged in another character and my items were there bank space was reset and my gold was gone.

Well I'm in the club I guess. Just happened for the first time for me. 30 mins ago, bank went from 110 to 60, all the gold gone... about 34k... mail is full of all the imperial and preorder stuff again... and I'm just staring at my screen.

This is like... I don't even know, but it sucks.

I've been in the club since April 1st but what I don't understand is why it appears people who had the pre-order are receiving emails containing their items. I contacted customer support when this occurred and asked only for my pre-order items to be resent and I've received zero. I've been told by customer service to uninstall, reinstall the client and log in again. I followed up after my issue was unresolved (following the 120 hour waiting period) to be told to do the same thing again. Starting to feel a bit unloved.
