Why not Reg's Dreugh Wax?
Now I'm curious: what NPCs actually say the word 'dreugh' ?

Only Dwarves can pronounce that correctly, and they're all gone.Caligamy_ESO wrote: »Dreg
The real question is how to pronounce Nchuleftingth?
That's irrelevant. Dreugh is not an English word. Or a word from any language. It's a fictional word in a fictional world, and the correct pronunciation in such a case is what the creators of this world intended. And it's clear from the dialog from a wide assortment of NPCs that the canonical pronunciation is "dreg".But quite honestly, english pronounciation is a mess.
