Good afternoon. I received an email about blocking my game account with the justification "Cheating/Exploiting". To my regret, I absolutely do not understand the reason why this happened. I did not violate Code of Conduct 5.1 and 5.2. Only official addons. I could help in resolving this issue if I understood the reason. I've been playing TESO since beta and have never been banned for such cases. If it concerns my trading or PvP activity, then I will provide any evidence of my innocence.
All day I can not send a response. And I didn't get a response to my email either.

    I'd go ahead and appeal. Keep an eye on the Dev Tracker for any Dev comments about it too.

    When this has happened erroneously to large groups of people in the past, usually it's because ZOS' automated cheat detectors flagged something they shouldn't have. So Support is like "our systems say you cheated" while it takes time for them to go into the system and find out what went wrong and then unban the players who got caught improperly.

    Thanks for your comments and advice. But I can't file an appeal on the site. It is constantly spinning and does not reach the ability to send a rebuttal (as in the screenshot in the first message)

    I just tried to log into the game thinking that it must be a mistake only to receive the message that "This account is permanently banned"!!!

    I have never cheated and would never cheat. This situation is outrageous.

    I have this problem in EU/PlayStation. Kicked from server and got a permaban.
    Got the Information, that ZOS took care of that problem.
