    This is just ridiculous. Now I have gone 36 hours without a response from customer service (Ticket 140401-055416). I don't know if I can buy bank upgrades again (they vanished the last two times). I am out over 5K gold from vanished bank upgrades. The customer service people apparently can't be bothered to respond to an email requesting status on a ticket.

    I can tell you I would have a tough time recommending this game to friends at this point. The combination of the bugs and a lack of response from customer service makes it pretty miserable. I understand bugs at release. But, I really expected better customer service from a game with a subscription.

    They marked my ticket (140402-000860) closed, but nothing is resolved-- the last email was very strange, almost like they were answering somebody else's totally unrelated question. It was all about how I'd get my preorder keys in email if I bought from a third-party retailer.

    I lost all my bank items. That answer doesn't help, or even address the question. Please, please, please, please, please can somebody who is actually capable of reading and understanding a ticket like "I lost all my bank items" take a look at it? This has been immensely frustrating.

    My bank was upgraded to 80 (two upgrades). After disconnect - 60. Thanks GOD my stuff still there, but 4.3k gold for upgrades is still gone. *sad panda*

    My best friend just called me to let me know she picked up the game so that we could start playing together, like I promised her, and I stopped her. With the fact that the bank wiping issue has still not been resolved, on top of the fact that people are experiencing rollbacks that make the game virtually unplayable, I told her to hold off until I call her to let her know these things have been fixed. I don't want her experiencing the same hassle as the rest of us.

    I realize Customer Support is swamped right now...but prioritizing the game-breaking things like the rollbacks and the bank wipes should be top priority. That several days have passed since the bank bug first arose and nothing has been done baffles me. Supposedly the maintenance the other day fixed it, but we know now from subsequent posts on the forum that this is not the case. Priorities please?

    I opened two tickets about this which were both acknowledged and "solved" in a mass response. My issue is not resolved.
    End the tedious inventory management game.

    Add me to the list of bank slots disappearing. Was trading crafted daggers between chars and went from 80 slots to 20, yesterday after it was "fixed." I got the Molag Bal email as a reply and am still waiting on the fix.

    I got a reply from them on Thursday morning saying it would be fixed soon and I'd receive an ingame mail with my lost items. It's been over a day and still nothing. I emailed them with a follow up last night and this morning and no response. I ended up rebuying the bank spaces I lost since I needed them. I hope we get our gold back that we had to spend again in addition to the items that disappeared.

    If they would just post that same kind of response on the forums it would go a long way to settling the minds of everybody that has this issue.

    I know they are swamped and are working as hard as they can, but just a little more communication with their community would go a long way.

    I guess it is about time to start losing account info the same way items are getting lost.

    It will not be the first game I ditched because they could not keep my items in place or fix the problem in a timely manner.

    I mean seriously, most of us here were customers "first" with the pre-orders. Instead of fixing our problem we get blown off for people who bought the game later?

    It seems that my bank will wipe anything I put into it a couple times a day. Its literally a black hole. As soon as I see the items I last placed in there are gone I go ahead and throw a few more trash items just to see how frequent the problem is happening.

    This really sucks. With so much to loot and hang on to if you plan on working professions its impossible to just maintain with the backpack of one character without the overflow of the bank to store items. Now my backpack is nearly full so I have to spend more time and energy constantly heading back to town to unload.

    TLDR: The bank is still bugged, be prepared to lose whatever you put in there.

    I won't buy bank space again , people tell me they got the problem a second time.

    I'm going on 2 days since my bank upgrade and 1,750 gold that I'd deposited disappeared from my bank. Lost all my items, too, but after a relog, it looked like the items all reappeared, though some were back in characters' backpacks. I can't confirm that everything was returned, but enough that I'll live.

    But a full day after getting an email saying that the problem was solved by the patch (it happened AFTER the patch) and I replied that that wasn't the case, I got a second email asking me for my secret question and screen name and such (from customer service...not a phishing email).

    I've since reported this bug as not fixed a couple of times and replied to the original support ticket email asking for some kind of explanation of when I could expect a resolution, but so far, I've gotten no response.

    I'm right with all of you who are frustrated by the lack of apparent attention to this problem on Zenimax's part. I'm afraid to upgrade my bank again, for fear that it'll cause confusion when resolving this issue (ie, "Your bank appears to be upgraded already" or somesuch). They should be able to tell when I upgraded originally, but with all the poor communication, I'm not confident that they'll dig that deeply when investigating my bank issues.

    Being afraid to use the bank because of this bug is really a pain in the ass, and the loss of 2,750 gold (one upgrade from 1,750 deposited) is a serious setback.

    Z, please fix this bug...or at the lease, post something official that lets us know when the problem will be resolved, and that it's not just being skimmed by support and issued a copy/pasted form email response.

    Had my previous tickets closed even though they are not resolved. My bank is still empty. Unsure if its even safe to use it. Still missing "some" of my treasure maps and pets, ring of mara that I had in the bank. Just put in a new ticket for ESO CSR to call me back. I just want to to have my preorder items removed from my character and reissued to me so I can continue to play the game and use my bank. :( I even subbed in good faith all will be resolved. I think most of us know there is a big glitch with this atm. We are aware there may not be an easy solution but we want to know that we haven't been forgotten.

    Just a FYI, I called customer support and raised absolute hell. Long story short I was given a full refund for the imperial edition and allowed to keep my first free month of subscription.

    That's right, I was refunded for my initial purchase price and was allowed to keep the product as a result of the bank bug.

    I suggest anyone with this issue do the same.

    Nothing's back in my bank... they just closed the ticket.

    I only lost the upgrades to my bank (1K and 3.3K). The items are still there. I spent 1K to get back the first upgrade. Would be nice to:

    (1) Get back the 1K gold I had to spend again for the first upgrade.
    (2) Get back the second upgrade.

    Waiting for customer support in game but, it is sure not quick. Understandable with a recent launch though. :smile:

    I have this problem as of today.

    Also, reading about everyone with the disappearing items makes me very afraid for all my mats in the bank right now. I was lucky not to lose anything when my upgrades vanished (I had less than 60 items after doing a ton of crafting), but even the loss of 4300k gold into upgrades is a big hit and now I don't know if I should use the bank at all.

    Thanks, everyone. Escalated for the rest of you who posted in this thread. We're continuing to look into this issue and will do all we can to restore the missing bank items.

    Hi have the same issue....80 slot bank, now 60, but I think it dumped the extra items on my characters. However, I would like my 20 slots back. Sent in email in game hours ago with no response.

    We lost 14hours of servers time to suposed fix this ***.And we have still issue do something...will not pay a penny for a bugged game where you lost all what you have .Bank its not even safe

    I just lost my stuff after upgrading to 80 slots as well. That seems to be the common theme. Sadly I lost 15 blue items and 18K gold in the process plus the cost of the upgrades.
