    I lost all my equipped gear, my inventory, my bank, my skill points and my level 5 mount! This is just crazy and I was just loading to a map. It was all fine inside an instance, I walked out, and when map loaded, I was naked. All gone.
    I play on european server.
    I submited a ticked, but I noticed skills were missing after I already send it...

    My bank space has been gone since yesterday, too. Logged in now, bank still empty except for 3 runes I deposited before it went "Poof!" I'm so glad that it's not an outlier issue and that there are multiple people having this issue (I am not saying I'm glad that people are suffering through this). Just cause this way it will actually get looked at and fixed quicker than if it was one or two individuals.

    I also lost everything in my bank, and reported the problem. I don't know what the ticket number is because I don't know how to look it up after the popup appears. I lost all my runes for enchanting (which took forever to gather!!) as well as my pets and maps for Auridon. Chat would take forever to wait for, and I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this problem (even though it sucks!)..

    so apparently it wouldn't have any difference in my monkey pet, as the game would've taken it upon itself to delete it from the bank anyway...

    Add me as well please Jessica. I did report it late last night as a ticket, but I thought that the maintenance reported inventory issues were being fixed, however, it is still not fixed.

    Just logged in and can confirm that my items are not in my bank. It seems that the items that are in my bank are items that were placed there after my bank inventory disappeared. Just submitted a ticket 140402-022550

    Still missing all my bank stuff after the patch.

    I've tried both banks in Daggerfall and Wayrest. I tried using an alt character and still missing all my items. My bank space is still at 0/80.

    UPDATE 2: I have now sent 5 different emails regarding my item loss, some before and some after the maintenance. I am yet to receive a meaningful response to any of them. If would be nice if Zenimax at least acknowledged they are looking into it.

    I had the same thing when i had to kill the client because i was having a loggin issue.
    When i entered game again everything was gone from my bank besides gold deposit. Please add me to this list. i just had recently stored a racial mofit :neutral_face:

    this happened to me yesterday, I sent a ticket to support and got a response but they asked if I had allowed access to another guild or player, obviously I had not. I responded saying that and also that this occurred after a Character Transfer Failure, I have not heard anything back as of yet. I would like to be added to whatever is being created to have this problem solved. Thanks.

    @Cuddler, I'm sure they are working on it. They probably are regrouping right now cause they just had 14 hours of down time trying to get this fixed and it didn't work. As far as game issues goes this has to be fairly high up on their list, as you can't have a game without a reliable storage system.

    This happened to me as well, have put in a ticket last night " # 140401-057045" they sent and email saying that they would pass it along to their higher ups and would get back to me as soon as they can. I just hope it gets sorted out soon so that i can use my bank again.
    What's important is to watch, listen, and think carefully. If you do that you'll find out what you want to do on your own.

    This is why I've curbed my panic for now. Whatever panic I'm experiencing because my 2+ days of crafting materials have vanished, I think the dev team (let alone PR/Marketing) is trying not to panic even more. I am sympathetic about the situation, and I'm sure they're going to resolve it eventually. In the mean time, I just won't have a bank ...

    My bank still empty.

    I have been "testing" the bank by depositing simple food items and low value goods, and thus far, nothing is disappearing, even between character re-logs. Still, I will not trust the bank system going forward, until there is an official response from ZOS.

    Any ETA or further guidance? What do we do in the mean time? My progression is at a standstill. Can't really quest without a bank and a full inventory. I'm too scared to touch the bank in fear it'll get wiped if the original items do come back. Can't transfer items to other characters. Can't craft because the crafting materials are gone.

    i guess ill post here saying my bank is empty too i dont know what good it will do considering i see other people who posted and even hours later havent gotten their stuff back yet but whatever. i am also without items in my bank after having trouble going through the portal at the end of the lv20 main questline quest and have been missing the items. if i put new stuff in the bank and the old stuff comes back will it erase the new stuff? because if it doesnt then i'll just continue putting stuff in my bank and i can keep questing and stuff.

    I have the same question about this. The only assumption as to why we haven't heard any further updates on this is they are still unsure how to fix the issue/proceed.

    I also lost all items when switching characters last night. I am currently waiting in chat for some answers. I have also submitted a bug report and emails.

    Received a very good response from Tech Support. It took awhile but I'm now getting places.

    From Customer Support email:
    "The issue with bank items was raised yesterday and should be resolved now in a recent patch, as for the items, a system is being worked on at the moment to identify affected customers and restore their bank items, I am not sure how long this is going to take, but rest assured every measure is being taken to resolve this situation."

    Same issue here, happened last night while playing, lost tons of stuff all my imperial stuff. I sent in 2 tickets last night almost 24 hours ago and its still not fixed.

    The worst part is not having the maps, whenever the restore its going to take a while and we will have to backtrack

    I, too, am missing everything that was in my bank. I submitted a ticket last night (in-game email submission) and then opened a help ticket (also in-game) to wait for an agent. About 15min later, the servers went down. The patch was supposed to have fixed it, I thought, but today, after server maintenance and downtime, still no item restoration nor notice from any agent.

    I have no idea what my ticket number was and submitted another one today in case it was closed under the assumption it was fixed with the patch. I am also sitting waiting for an agent again ...

    Please advise.

    (Feedback: There needs to be a way to both play *and* wait for an agent. Standing still causes frustration in a player. :) We also need the ability to look up ticket submissions. So far I've not found a single way to do this either in-game nor online nor in my non-game email account. The second one has already been submitted as feedback in game but thought I'd through it up here, too.)

    I can't or rather won't play since I cannot safely store items in my bank until this is resolved, also we have no idea if they will even replace our lost materials / money and so forth?

    "The most recent patch should prevent the issue from occurring again, so at the moment it's just a matter of correcting issue for the affected players.

    You won't have any problems continuing to use the bank as normal, the items should be rolled out via in-game mail, I'll let you know if that changes.

    I am having the same issue. Bank upgrades gone... back down to 60 slots in the bank. Items missing - whatever was in the missing 30 slots was gone.

    At first, all stuff was gone, but now some stuff is back but still upgrades are gone.

    VERY frustrating!

    Should I play and risk losing more? Is there a fix for this? Why did it happen? Will I get my stuff back? Will I get the extra slots I paid for back?

    Do I play and get my account rolled back and then lose my progress?

    I could REALLY use some good news?
