Why the long queue times all of a sudden?

It is 7:30AM local on a Sunday, and I have a half hour wait time? Completely unacceptable.

Just cancelled the account. Been around since launch, but I'm tired of this stuff. I'm not waiting around for 20 minutes to play a game that I might only HAVE 20 minutes to play. Worse, there's no way to contact support about anything unless your actually in game. Not even from my account page. So I'm done.

I got in as usual this morning, so I figured the worst was over. When I came back this afternoon, I expected the server load to be higher, but this. Stuck in a queue with more than an hour before I can play.

Additionally, I just left the queue hoping it would be better, but this time it was an hour and a half. Sadly I think that's it for
the day

Agree - ESO plus subscribers should be automatically put to the front of any queue. This seems like common sense.

The worst thing is, you can't even step away and do something else, because it logs you out of the character select screen after a couple minutes of inactivity. Have to go look every 5 minutes at the latest while doing household chores and waiting for the game to login.

eta: yesterday, the game crashed a few times and i got to experience the queue feature, complete with rng logons, all over again.

makes me feel really special, as a subscriber since launch.

The queue is bad enough but after waiting 20 minutes to get the ""failed to obtain server connection information" error is totally unacceptable.

Completely agree! But what also makes sense is to avoid showing potential new customers that there is a queue. So, prioritize paying customers, lose new ones. And vice versa.

What’s the point of being a plus subscriber, paying money just to see a half an hour queue when you want to play a couple of hours on the weekend?

And it’s their so-called megaserver that you can scale on-demand. Nonsense.

Can’t get onto the EUserver ps5 but can log onto the NA server ps straight away . Go figure . Been here since launch nothing in this game ever works properly, especially the zero stamina bug which u have to either go to cheese monger hollow or restart game to get your stamina back . Like seriously you stuff the servers with new content but don’t fix old bugs that are at least 5 years old . Would u like me to help you create a better server I’ll charge you a decent feee for a reliable service . Which gif this game would be the first ever . Sad to see such a great game being brushed over with new content and old bugs not addressed. Poor service and even pooorer form . It’s like you have abandon your game for the greed of money . Shame on you all

no. you are blaming players for not subscribing. you are NOT better then a player who doesn't subscribe and you do not deserve a special treatment any more then my main account which (because I have a feeling you will go there) also happens to be an imperial edition, bought at launch for full price.

problem is with ZOS and ONLY ZOS, for not making sure their servers can support ALL of their players.

It hasn't been consistent for me. I logged in earlier today, about 11am BST (which for a Sunday should be fairly busy) and got put in a queue that lasted maybe a minute, then was able to play without any problems. Later on apparently the queue got rediculous.

It's been the same on other days, people are able to log in with minimal problems, then suddenly everyone gets hit with long queue times and disconnects during the queue or when it ends, then it dies down and goes back to little/no queue times.

I'm not an expert by any means but to me it looks more like intermittent problems with the servers, rather than simply too many people trying to log in at the same time.

Negative Silverfaerie. ESO+ subscribers pay for PREMIUM service, so YES, they should get in before you. Thats what premium means.

Already have had so many issue's the past half year, I'm done with this.
And to think I just bought new mounts etc.
well cut my losses than.
My subscription ends in 7 days and I WILL NOT BE RENEWING.

The only way to play at the moment is at night CET
I'm staring at 35 minutes queu for half an hour now, it's not even ticking down.

This is the last straw, I spent about 800-900 euros on and in this game and all dlc.
And this is what you get?
