You put on an Event, give a company EPIC free access and then have a free trial weekend and you don't make a plan to let in the people that actually pay for your really old game to get in in a timely manner.

Waited now twice for a long countdown only to get error 103 again.

    Fix it now.

second that, you're right on the point.
We pay for ESO+ and all chapters and dlc, and can only play at night CET here, during the day I'm stuck at staring at a login gueu of 35 minutes for half an hour now, it wont even tick down..
I'm a dutchie, an introvert person, but I do like to get in contact ingame, just are quickly overwhelmed when too many people are asking or saying things at once.I'm a very sensitive en emphatic person. Eso is my first mmorpg.I used to play only single player like the witcher series, skyrim, assassin's creed, tombraider and such.but after 5 skyrim playthroughs and a successor years away I thought to give Eso a try.You can always message me, I don't always respond very quick, but DO respond when I see I have a message, I'm just not that active on the forum or discord, only when playing with others.

And then after my 25 minute wait, it says it couldn’t find a valid connection. 3 login attempts, each with a 25 minute wait… only to get that message, then nothing but an indefinite load screen.

    Unacceptable.

Agree - ESO plus subscribers should be automatically put to the front of any queue. This seems like common sense.

    THIS!

I payed for everuthing, the game, chapters, all dlc and a subscription wich ends in 7 days
and guess what, I WILL NOT BE RENEWING.
They wont'get another cent out of me.

staring at a 35 minute counter for half an hour, not even moving.

    Where am I paying for??

Prolly a bunch of bot accounts to flood newbie zones all logging in at once. Since its free. ESO+members should get queue priority.

    1. EVERYONE is ESO+ member right now, because of the trial
    2. I have 3 accounts, all paid for, main account is ESO+ has all the chapters, side accounts are only missing the last 2. chapters that I paid for, not got acess to via ESO+ trial.

according to you, my side accounts do not deserve to log in, in a timely fashion, because i'm paying for one subscription, not 3?

instead of going for this ridiculous division between players, maybe just maybe, put the blame where it belongs? on ZOS.

We are blaming Zos...for not putting ESO+ members who PAID in front of the queue.

no. you are blaming players for not subscribing. you are NOT better then a player who doesn't subscribe and you do not deserve a special treatment any more then my main account which (because I have a feeling you will go there) also happens to be an imperial edition, bought at launch for full price.

problem is with ZOS and ONLY ZOS, for not making sure their servers can support ALL of their players.

    Yes. We are better.

Waiting for 20min, 30min, or longer for others to log off is not acceptable. For those paying for ESO+ this is absurd. If this keeps up its adios ESO and ES0+.

Fix the serves ESO or at minimum give priority to those who are paying a monthly subscription.

One would think that if you pay for ESO Plus the Plus should include priority in the login lineup. I have been paying for my sub since 2014 ..And here I am stupidly waiting in the login. I also have the luck of getting probably the error and have to start the lineup all over again. Thank you, what do I pay for again?

Exactly my same thought. I just cancelled my sub out of protest now anyway.

And tbh when there are times when I don't play ESO actively, I don't even miss the sub that much, you just need to put Nuzhi out more often to sell stuff but otherwise you're not missing much anyway, especially when you bought the DLCs already from the crowns you had from all those years of ESO+.

I have ESO+. I don't see why it should include login priority. Queue is not a normal situation and should be resolved in the way that causes the least technical issues. Instead of creating artificial barriers to resolving the issue quickly for everyone, they should fix the game

I sometimes have to wait more than half an hour to log on. Getting tired of this.

They gave out ESO for free on the Epic Games store for the past week so there's a whole load of new accounts flooding the servers now.

When did it start? And how long does it last?
I thought it was a bug. It's happening on all servers. And it started suddenly on Friday with massive crashes and log in failures.

I don't seem to be effected much on PS5 NA.

On a side note...if they're flooding the servers with new players, can they give them a free trial of imperial city?
I want some fresh telvar farm meat.

1 hour 20 minutes queue - if that is the same on a work day in the evening then it won't fit into my window of playing time.

I have something like 4000 hours in this game and have always subscribed.

Kinda wish I hadn't recently resubscribed for a year as well as buying the addon.

The answer is simply more servers and free transfers if the population and associated queue is going to be a feature.

Somehow, I cannot see that kind of investment.

Anyone would think they would wait until the game was stable to give access to people for free.

What's the conversion for an Epic freebie to ESO+?

Well, it's zero if the Epic player has to wait 15 minutes to play the game :D

Of more concern to ZOS should be the effect this has on existing ESO+ subscribers...

Bought the DLC, paid for ESO+ but can't play tales of tributes on my main because I handed in 20 arcanist in pvp (won't be resolved to end of august!) and now getting queues for more than an hour to get in the game. Hoping not to crash several times. And ZOS is'nt even responding on the que problem.

There should be a massive apology and some free items given. I'm an ESO+ member and should never be subjected to such long wait times. I thought members got some sort of login priority? If a 30-minute wait is priority, then maybe I need to rethink membership renewal.

If your servers can't handle free access, then don't offer it!

Negative Silverfaerie. ESO+ subscribers pay for PREMIUM service, so YES, they should get in before you. Thats what premium means.

Sorry to break the "I feel entitled" bubble again, but...
You and everyone know EXPLICITLY what is included in ESO+, and you and everyone get EVERYTHING that is included in ESO+. So you and everyone get the premium service that you and everyone pay for. End of story.

1.5 HOUR Queue is longer than my PLAY TIME window.... and X2 if I also want my daily in NA with a 1.2 hour Queue....

What is the point of being a paying customer who can't log in and play during an event or claim the "Log in Rewards" while "Free players" reap the rewards?????

@ZOS_GinaBruno Please make this make sense to me.

How do subscribers get these benefits when they can't log in?

(It's not entitlement to be upset because you can't access something you're paying for. Most people would feel irritated or upset under those circumstances.)

The benefits are received the moment you log in, but now it takes longer, not almost instant as usual. But 95% of the comments--in every thread--say "I pay, I have to be at the front of the line". So people expect to get an extra bonus on top of what they are paying for, and that IS an entitlement.

Why do you think it's an extra bonus? Because it's not explicitly listed? I always assumed that subscribers would receive priority queue placement (when a queue exists) because it makes sense. Otherwise subscribers would be blocked from accessing what they're paying for, while those who aren't subscribers are able to get into the game. That's a great way to lose a ton of subscribers.

I subscribed to another MMO and we had priority queue placement.

Now in this situation, it seems that nobody can log in. I don't think it's a matter of some players are getting in while ESO+ subscribers have to wait. But I completely understand why ESO+ subscribers would be upset if they were stuck in a queue while those who aren't subscribers were able to play the game. However, rather than complaining, I suggest they vote with their wallets and cancel their subscription. Why pay for something they aren't getting?
