You CANNOT get all of the new gold style pages without spending tickets / buying on traders *edited

There are 16 new gold style pages, and 13 days of the event. AFAICT (after farming for 3+ hours, probably 200+ boxes), the gold pages only drop once per day per account. Therefore, if you want all 16, you have to either buy them on the guild traders, or spend tickets (or farm on 2+ accounts)

The recent events, it was statistically unlikely you'd get all the pages, but AFAIK, this is the first time it's IMPOSSIBLE.

ZOS, this is a really terrible direction to go. Please, reconsider.

It's very likely, if this works like past events, that we can continue to open the purple boxes after the event and still get our 1 gold drop a day. I had forgotten this when I posted the original text. Still highly unpleasant, my alts are going to be stuffed full of purple boxes for months, likely. At least the gold page seems to drop pretty quickly? There must be some silver lining in this cloud, somewhere.

(Also, the new style is ... not all all my thing , so honestly, I'm working hard not to care)

Can you get more than 1 box per day that may contain pages? I've been getting extra MYM pages by only opening boxes til i get one then waiting til the next day. Still got a bunch of boxes left.

The last event basically broke me of my event style page collecting obsession-- which was an odd obsession for me to have in the first place, since I don't even use the outfit system (yet, but one day I might decide to start using it).

I'm still going to try to collect the pages from the event coffers, spend my excess tickets on the ones I didn't get from coffers, and buy thecrest from guild traders if they aren't outrageously priced.

But I'm not going to get stressed out about trying to collect all of them, and if I can't collect all of them by the time the event ends-- oh, well, it's no biggie.

I can understand the decision, if it really was a decision. Artificially forcing player engagement by making certain grinds take longer. Can't collect EVERYTHING during a single Event? Oh well, there's always next time!

They don't want you to get all the pages yourself. That'd be like the mule getting the carrot. The purpose of having daily limits on things is to encourage us to login day after day to try to get something, but if people actually got everything they'd stop logging in everyday, so they design it for us to get just enough progress to keep trying but not enough to actually be able to complete it ourselves.

Regardless of whether this decision is intentional or an oversight, I will NEVER purchase event tickets from the Crown Store to compensate for poor implementation. Events have been piling on the FOMO more and move over the last couple of years and I'm at the point where I simply don't care any more. I'll get what I get and move on from there.

I do know the new gold pages drop from the purple boxes. So, if you saved them past the event, might you be able to get the rest of the pages in the ensuing weeks/months? I don't know. I know I get previous year gold pages out of my MYM boxes, but I don't think I've gotten any of the new-this-year gold pages from my MyM boxes since the event ended.

Last time we had this event I opened some left over boxes after the event ended and still received the style pages the following day - not a guarantee for this year's Zen event but good chance this trick still works

Within either parcel box (Sublime or Delightful), there is a chance to receive the following rewards:

A tradeable outfit style page for the new Kwama Miner’s Kit outfit style armor
A tradeable outfit style page for the new Ashen Militia weapon style

Looking at the event page, you can get them from either coffer. My guess would be there's a cool down on each of them, so once you have them both, don't open any coffers until the next day. Regardless if there is or isn't, you can get them from purple coffers too.

i stopped caring a while ago.

Not sure that i need to get the mace, axe, girdle, shoulders, helmet, etc to all sets.

I feel bad for the people who pride themselves on being completionists though

That works for all events,cause the boxes are preset to have a chance at certain things.

You can get more than one style page per acct,cause purple boxes drop em too,just need more farming and luck to get em.

I only got one of one type on first account one of the other tyoe on a second account, opened a lot of coffers too. 😕

I have been getting Sancre Tor pages from the MYM boxes after the event ended. got another one today. Still got a heap to open. So if you can get multiple boxes in this event, maybe try hoarding them and stop opening them once you get your 1 new page for the day.

I didn’t manage to earn enough tickets during MYM to get the pet AND the skin from the impresario assistant. I had one more fragment to buy so I thought I’d just finish it in the next event since the passion blossom stuff seemed to be recurring. It’s not.

The Passion Dancer stuff will probably come back for the New Life Festival, or at least that’s been the case for the previous years’ collectables.

Worse is that the drops are not curated, so you can spend your one-chance-a-day to get the new Style Pages with duplicates, decreasing the number of new Styel Pages obtainable during the event.
Yes of course you can spend tickets... those are overabundant: as always we do not have some furnishing to spend extra-tickets, unfortunatly.

I dislike that as well, but I'm usually able to trade someone my duplicates for the ones I didn't get. In either guild or zone chat, I usually just post "WTT <style page> for <what I need>" and I am usually successful in a few minutes. If not, I try again in an hour.

When I cannot earn the rewards myself during the event, I stop caring about it. All I can say is nice job, ZOS. Removing incentive to play the game seems like a dumb way to get people to play your game and care about it.

Who cares? They look awful. I bought companion guild commendations with my 12 tickets last night when the event started.
The rewards available from the Impresario have been rubbish for a while now IMO.

Yep. Duplicates go up for sale in my guild's store or I try to trade them.

So many people want to treat ESO as if it's just another single-player game and never want to have to interact with anyone else, while the devs do everything in their power to encourage us to interact. Makes for some interesting forum posts.

The only second style sheets (from purple coffers) I've been getting on one account is Spellsword.

The community challenge event for the Necrom Chapter will bring the Ashen Militia and Kwama Miner's pages back as a secondary drop from that event's coffers, at least that's what its description says in the in-game help menu on PTS.

I am currently in the fortunate position to not wanting the sheets myself. Don't like both styles.

But I agree that it should in principle be possible to collect all items either by finding them in the boxes or buying them with the available ticket amount.

I have yet to find one in a box so I don't know if they drop in purple boxes at all. If they drop in purple boxes you have good chances to collect all of them by trading doubles with others and buying those that you did not get.

I usually proceed like follows: I collect tickets until I reach maximum such that I won't hit the 12 ticket limit. I grind boxes that could drop sheets during this time. Dublicates will be traded immediately. When I hit the ticket limit I buy one style sheet that I did not yet have and continue grinding boxes and tickets. On last event day after having done my daily grinding I will buy missing sheets with remaining tickets.

In case I really miss one style sheet that I could not get well then I will hope for a good bargain at guild traders. Sometimes people will offer some at reasonable prices.

Well on the other hand you can decide between 2 motifs now, instead of one.

So this is a win for me, since you can just buy the leftovers at the guild traders. (Will be cheap at the end)

I doubt that will be the case because it looks like the style pages are a once per day/per account drop which means that traders will not be saturated with excess pages. It's not possible to collect all 16 pages without spending tickets which means that the limited number of pages on traders are probably going to command higher than average prices for event drops.
