So... Which is better now? Dual daggers, nirnhoned and charged... Or a precise lightning staff.

Daggers for groups with a tank.
Although it might be worth checking out Bow, too.

I haven't tested it myself, but I saw Deltia doing a quick parse with both weapons yesterday and DW Daggers outperformed a Lightning Staff by a good bit.

The difference between the weapons was actually smaller on two parses he also did on the live servers. The current passive buffs all AOE damage, including your spammable (if you use Cephilarc's Flail), while the passive on the PTS only effects the Beam and all DOTs.

Dw daggers In pve and maces in pvp, they havnt changed the weapons passivs enough to change anything
