Necrom on PS5: Missing Preorder and Deluxe CE Items

I ordered the "The Elder Scrolls Online Deluxe Collection: Necrom" in March.
As advertised, I received the Collector’s Edition digital items for all previous Chapters.
However, I did not receive any of the preorder and CE digital items for Necrom:

Missing preorder rewards:
  • Sadrith Mora Formal Attire costume
  • Apocryphal Bookwyrm pet
  • ×1 Unfeathered crate
  • ×3 Telvanni Peninsula treasure maps
  • ×2 Experience scrolls (+100% for 1 hour)
Missing CE digital rewards:
  • Hermitage Servitor mount
  • Cipher's Eye Pocket Watcher pet
  • Dark Lady's Headrest memento
  • Knowledge Eater Armor outfit style
  • Leaning / Sitting / Standing Scholar emotes

EDIT: After a few hours, all missing items finally received in the mail.

    Same here too. Thought we normally get a mail with the maps and stuff, so checked when there wasn't one and don't have anything

    One other thing to try as well is to go to Settings/Users and Accounts/Account/Payments and Subscriptions/Game and App Services and then scroll down to The Elder Scrolls Online, then see what is listed there. Thank you!

    i am also on ps5 and in the Netherlands.

    Necrom isn't listed there even though i bought it in January. i made an arcanist and can access the new zones though.

    Seems like everyone I've asked is having the same issue. Not seeing Necrom listed under the settings you mentioned. I am seeing "Magma Zone", with collector's edition, pre-purchase, preorder, upgrade tracking and zone content listed though.
    Struggling to find a new class to call home.Please send help.

    Ps5 EU, UK. Purchased necrom deluxe yesterday, checked Game and App Services and the only thing that could be necrom is "Magma upgrade/Magma Zone/Magma PreOrder? Restored licenses aswell, same issue.

    I also see no Necrom entry in App Services - The Elder Scrolls Online.
    However, I can create an Arcanist and enter the new zone.

    Seppi42, ps5 na, in us, can enter necrom, create arcanist, got new slot. Also did not get deluxe rewards. Nothing for necrom in app services. Do have magma listings with dates I pre ordered necrom and some with today's date.

    I'm having the same issue, though I didn't even get the collector's edition items from previous years.

    I'm on PS5, EU server, PSN is frogqueen, location is Sweden. I also don't have Necrom listed in the game and app services, but I do have the magma listings.

    But I also got a report from a guild member who is on PS4 who also didn't receive the pre order bonuses.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno trying to restore licenses ends with a "Can't restore licenses. The Elder Scrolls Online: Necrom."

    Despite this, I can still play an Arcanist and travel to the new zone.

    Yes, I received everything.

    Having purchased "The Elder Scrolls Online Deluxe Collection: Necrom",
    I now also received 3 Necrom entries in The Elder Scrolls Online - App Services:

    • Necrom Update
