    what ever happens we will be back ing ame tomo its a 3 day ban .. but its not the case with everyone on facebook page people are saying they have been reporting all day long .. ive already contacted mastercard for a refund of the game ive lost all convidence in the company to even trust them with my cc details mastercard have said they have requested the money back .. so all appears to be good ill go play wildstar when it comes
    esos crafting sucks they said its not 1 click crafting ... **cough** *****cough**

    its just the csrs are relaying the infomation they can see i reckon they are using the same contact center swtor did in thailand at launch .


    i highly doubt any off us are actually banned in the greater sense just something got mixed up somewhere yest as for perma ban well looking thro the code of conduct u musta done some serious *** to get a perma ban namely buy gold hack or exploit the bug that arrived early this morning

    forum account is different to a game account if my understanding is correct i remember signing up to forums to get the beta invite then created an account once the invite was sent or vice versa
    just re read his post yeah if u still on here when it says you will have lost access to forums then its all to *** submit a ticket and request a review .. did your account get hacked possiblly did u buy gold .. did u send the gold seller any tells did u hack run overlays ???

    The servers got a real beating yesterday and kicked people off indeterminate amounts of time.I was one of them for over two hours.

    It is early launch and ,guess what !! there will be problems.

    Look for some kind of compensation if it keeps up for all of early launch

    Been there done that.

    I'll take a Pegasus horse that craps on my enemies from a great height.

    same man i didnt pre order for the early access i preordered for the race bonus .. i wasnt supposed to be playing till middle of the month but i got a few weeks downtime @ work so even tho im supended im rather chilled out about it its giving me a chance to catch up with the games i brought on steam during the xmas sale .

    ive been playing mmos since swg i now launches and early access are riddled with buggs and server issues .. also anouther reason i didnt plan on playing for a few more weeks.

    Bug and not being able to connect to the server for a couple of hours is one thing.

    Getting wrongly banned by the CSR is another thing entirely. Getting wrongly banned by the CSR's with NO mail, No notification no NOTHING, even when you contact the CSR they don't acknowledge it... that's something completely different.

    I still don't have a response from the ticket I sent to billing earlier today to get my account reviewed either...

    Does account status on your "My Account" page say anythign if you're banned ? cause mine only says Beta access and Early access under Account status.

    And yeah of course no reply from account/billing yet. but what do you expect it's only been like 6+ hours...

    been 12 hours for me last email recieved was 4 hours ago and it had been reforwarded to the propper people to deal with it i will point out this is now the 4th time the ticket as been forwarded on im at the point where ive called my credit card company and asked them to initial recovery just checked my agreement and well dont have to get credit card to refund im entitled to a full refund if i request it within 5 days of the intial download

    not only does it not inform the suspended that they are suspended.
    it suspend the wrong person
    you can access you web site account page
    your account page does not list your account status.

    This feels like amateur hour.

    thats about it ive contacted them for a refund ... i just have no faith in the company .. yes fyi you can request a refund if you place the request within 5 days of downloading the game .. sent anouther ticket just explaining about suspension ... account info ... and stated that under the terms of service issued im entitled to a full refund if i request it within 5 days of originally downloading the game im still within my 5 days so they have until midday tomo to reinstate my account or ill be going for a refund ... wait 3-4 months and buy the game for a fraction of what i paid for it now ...

    ..
    12 years off mmos ive learnt that games dont tank because they are buggy games tank because they dont have enough csrs and they think its acceptable for someone to wait 1-2 days for a response to an issue that requires immediate response. so lets see what happens

    i know right i used to work for waterstones books in the online shopping department it was my job to answer emals from pissed customers if you have ever brought a book from waterstones u will know there are alot of pissed customers and i would lose my job if i handled those like the csrs are handling these u see the problem is they subcontract it to the cheapest bidder .. usually thialand or india .. and none of them have a fecking clue ...

    bed time again, and still no replies, Still can't log in, and by the time I get up I'll be well past 48 hours since I was booted from the game for no reason and my account made unusable and I still have no reason why I can't log in.

    Zenimax, you guys are awesome at this... really... no that's sarcasm, you're terrible and your CSR is terrible and your reputation is on the line.

    So it's now nearly 48 hours. nothing yet. still can't get into the game, no communications from Zenimax CSR since the last mail over 1.5 days ago that it was sent up to the correct department, which apparently is on vacation.

    Tomorrow is launch day and of my 5 days head start I'll then have been able to use 2 of them...

    Congrats with what to me is the worst MMO launch and WORST CSR TREATMENT in MMO history. ( I think the 14 hour downtime is also a all time record for MMO maintenance)

    Well I finally got a lengthy mail from someone higher up today who checked my account, and I was indeed banned(not that I was told) excusing the bad responses I got and how long it took to get a proper response, that some of my comments (?) had been flagged by the system issuing a ban. again excusing the wrongful ban and saying they had now lifted it.

    I should probably demand some compensation as the headstart time is premium time, but I'd rather just not care and just play the game now :)

    So since the game doesn't actually tell you your are banned. if anyone gets a message that your login information is incorrect, this is code speak for "you have been banned and we didn't bother to tell you " ;)

    the beta session ? I was no in a beta session I was in the 5 day head start. which promptly stopped working at about the time the 3 day head start people where supposed to get access then I got booted from the server 7!!!! effin hours ago

    Got same issue... customer service is garbage up until now....
    Im getting the wrong credential issues too. What I was really digging about the pre-order imperial dition was the early acces and now Im not getting that. And let me tell you Im effing pissed right now!!!!!!

    I myself had this issue and it was resolved last night. There is also another large thread here in the forums where it looks like others are getting it resolved as well. Hang in there guys, I know how you feel.

    Happy to hear you got the issue resolved.
    I do feel like they need to give us an incentive to keep us playing this game.
    I dont have much faith in them ATM.
    What a catastrophic launch for ESO.

    This just tells us that they didnt think ahead of time to make sure that they have the servers in place to handle volume or a queue system. if there is a queue system it would take a lot less strain on their login servers because now you have thousands of people trying to login over and over and over again.
