Attacked world wide? You are celebrated world wide, just look at every single western company logo, embassy flag, schools, entire streets and even crossings are painted rainbow to celebrate pride. You are being attacked no more than anyone else. People play games for an escape. Leave it for player guilds to run and let ZoS focus on actually improving the game for everyone. Such as deleting a server to balance out PVP pops hint hint devs.

Because we are attacked. Thats why. Forest meet trees.
I wish ZOS had drawn the line and took the time to create the early holidays to be unique to Elder Scrolls, based on the lore holidays, and made an effort to distance themselves from IRL holidays, events, and practices. A lot of people like this stuff, but it is a minefield with a flash point that merely depends on how averse some players are to the concepts they are based on.Jessythesavage wrote: »This is a video game there shouldn't be any type of irl event i hope yout joking
I presume you are joking as most in game events are already version of irl events?

though all these people commenting they don't want pride related things in eso are so absurd, plenty characters in elder scrolls arent straight/cis and they won a Glaad award with Alchemy's Summerset quest.
if you don't want us in elder scrolls online you shouldn't play a game full of characters like us

Video games are art, art reflects the current problems in the world. This has been true since art was created. Representation for opressed minorities is important and a valid request.

It's just a nice little rainbow. No reference in-game to irl events.

Heart’s Day for example is something that I feel the game did not need. It to me is something immersion breaking. I play the game to escape realety for a few hours after all. Getting as far away from realety for a few hours is what I need to relax.
