✭Right now I'm wondering just how many Vile Manse chests I have to open to get the last lead for Mora's Whispers... Anyone got a clue on the drop rate for that?
And, having completed one Markyn Ring of Majesty, PLEASE don't ask me how many daedrats I've killed in search of their antique lead component a second time...0 -

One thing you can do if you find yourself alone, is drop the quest and pick it up again without turning it in. You can repeat this as many times as needed till you get the lead. ^^

I'm sorry I don't think I understand what you are suggesting. The lead comes from the final chest after defeating the final boss, which I can't yet solo. I don't think I can pick the quest up again until I turn the last one in as it's a daily.
If no one responds in zone chat I just wait till the next day. When I can solo it things will go faster. I so regret now not trying harder to get it during the event.

I might have misunderstood you then. I thought you said you only had one toon that could solo it. My suggestion was to beat the last boss, exit the bastian, then drop/abandon the quest and pick it up again.

It took me a while to get it the first time - killed every daedrat I saw...
I still do, mainly out of habit I suppose, but I have never seen a second lead. I'm beginning to doubt that it drops twice.0 -

Ah that makes sense! No I can solo the herald seekers, the things that drop the icor but not the dungeon, yet. Good idea though when I can!
