Well... the servers are down currently (sure they've been up for a few moments every now and then, but still officially down).0 -

Oh, okay, I will try again when they become more reliable. However, I was still experiencing this "Login Timeout" error during the last 2 beta sessions and the early access period. I could not access the servers (except for the 1 weekend I was home about a month ago was home).

My char have been stuck in zone chance limbo beetween stonefalls and dashaan days now.
When i lock in it try to enter another zone so GM cant even help with it until character enter into new zone...0 -

Lioben✭At Natev215. I might be wrong, but if you are unlucky that you will have the same problem i had earlier. If your college is running their entire system over a Proxy than you will be probably unable to play any Online Games. Did you tried anything else than TESO?0

Kujako✭A friend of mine who is having this issue, being disconnected every five minutes or so, found that he didn't disconnect so long as he was chatting to me in game... which is "odd", but may keep the client in sync with the servers somehow.0

Zagz✭I am stuck permanently in a cyrodiil instance now, unable to zone out I just get unknown error =/ I am @ a condo Wifi so I cannot change the ports etc... =/ Oh well.0

They want your public IP address, and the approximate time it happened. With those, I'm assuming they can get at the transaction logs and figure this mess out.0 -
I'm having the same problem, and I'm in the midst of talking to my school's IT Department. The odd thing though is that I was able to play the beta a few months ago with no problem.0

The worst part is not getting any sort of response from them other than, "give us your IP"...0

For those who have the issue constantly, there seems to be no remedy. Opening the ports does nada. It seems very much related to specific ISPs, geographical locations, and server load.Kwoolley91 wrote: »Anyone else having any success?

From what I can tell, the frequency of being bounced between instance servers exasperates this issue. Which is why we see it more when everyone is logging back in after down time. I also see it more often in very crowded public dungeons, I suspect for the same reason.0 -
