    Could the Transformative Hope set end up being a little problematic at times in Cyrodiil (I don't do Cyrodiil that much anymore and I never really grouped so I could be off base) in some contexts?

    The stuck in combat bug could make it easier to trigger than intended as you could do it while not actually fighting anyone and in some situations might it give ball groups more ultimate?

    Example for the latter: Let's suppose one member of the ball group has the set and has put hots on a bunch of allies. The ball group eats several ults which drops some of the members below 40%. If the heals from the entire group can get the targets that got knocked below 40% back up to 90% in the next three seconds won't it give all of those that dropped below 40% Major Heroism? It might be a little frustrating to almost down part of a ball only to end up eating some more ults in a few seconds because hitting them hard gave a bunch of them major heroism.

    There's already a stuck in combat set used in Cyro (Roksa The Warped) that can be prebuffed, just like this new set.

    Like the "when standing still" sets, this is another hard to understand the reasoning behind gear direction they are taking.

    Adept Rider set still doesnt work in NOCP. Please fix?

    (also any set that require food or drink to be active doesnt work in nocp either)

    9.0.1 changed how its calculated, it's now additive.

    Thanks for keeping an eye on these calculations. Just happened across a Reddit threat that was saying it was multiplicative not additive, but that post came out before the update. Hopefully they don't change it back.

    I had been hoping for some extra damage in PvP to help alleviate the dreadful tank meta.

    The Velothi-Ur Mythic seemed perfect for that task.

    NOPE!

    No point in farming this now and another set that could have been interesting banished to the Shadow Realm.

    After we have Tzogvin, Trap Beast, Accelerate, Grave Inevitability, we really No need for more minor force sources
    v9.0.3 cancels the unique buff of Velothi Ur-Mage’s Amulet, making this set lose most of its usefulness!
    This makes it difficult for Velothi Ur-Mage’s Amulet to gain favor in PVP and PVE

    Regarding the new Trial DD Sets I'm still confused as to what's the objective with them. The medium set gives you + dmg to monsters, which is interesting and the effect doubles when you interrupt an enemy, but in the raidgroups I'm with, most of the times I'm not the quickest one to interrupt, so it doesn't make sense for people like me (I mean only one person can successfully do the interrupt anyway, so even if it's me, the others in the raid would not need to wear the set). So I feel in raid content it's really rare to get the full potential of the set. It's interesting for dungeons or solo content, but that's about it.

    The Magicka DD set is also interesting, reminds me of a mix of Siroria (while standing still you gain x weapon and spell dmg, while moving you gain x Health, Magicka and Stam recovery), but for all of us who have a bit of a "PvP" tick in PvE and keep moving even though there's no reason to move, this set is not super useful (maybe if you're constantly low on resources). So most of the times I would rather take a DPS set instead of this one.

    So just for DDs the new raid sets don't seem that interesting in comparison to other choices like coral from DSR, etc.

    Have Esotheric provide Major and Minor Protection in exchange for Mag or Stam depending on which one is higher.

    What is the status of that "If using a damage shield, Esoteric Greaves do not deduct Stamina but do mitigate damage" bug that was reported earlier in the PTS?

    I’m really not seeing the point of the Velothi amulet now. It might have been used in small groups before, but now I’d rather go with thrassian stranglers

    In my case it’s too marginal for trash mob fighting in trials. It won’t make up enough of the aoe dps loss with my stamblade bow build, so it looks like oakensoul heavy attacks work for that part instead

    I'm not a tank so I don't know how bad/good the Esoteric Environment Greaves nerf is but... the Velothi Amulet? Really ZOS?
    If you're going to nerf it- either nerf the pen or nerf the crit, not both. In its current state, it's suffered an extremely heavy blow.

    I agree it shouldn't surpass LA-weaving DPS, but it shouldn't become godsawful to prevent that either. Weaving is a mechanic many people dislike (and many people, like myself do like). A mythic that puts you on par (or slightly below par) is fine. But being dropped to the dirt isn't the way to nerf either. I'm hoping this is a "sledgehammer change" where you do a massive swing one way to then calibrate it back the next week.
