Puncturing Sweeps: changed the animation again so that when cast, your character will do the splits and cry whilst waving a shovel around their head. Overall damage has been reduced by 33% to further fit into the power budget.

I'll be honest, with the ESO Celebration being last week, I'm not even done with the patch notes yet

Expect it to be at least a couple hours until these get published, so you can give that F5 key a rest for a little bit.

I'm going to turn my necromancer into a crafter main/daily writ slave if they don't get any buffs this patch, I try playing it in pvp and just get frustrated with how unbalanced it is compared to something like dragonknight, nightblade, or warden. Blastbones is literally the only thing making that class "playable" still. Guess it doesn't matter now regardless we will all be playing arcanist for the next 6 months until it gets nerfed like necro

Templars are getting 3 significant buffs this patch, I don't think necro is getting ANYTHING.
