Need assistance for a perma-banned player

On Wednesday of last week, my friend was permanently banned from ESO. He was told it was precautionary, but has had no other communication with ZOS. He can't even make an account here to follow up on it. Is there anyone that can help or advise? He missed the end of the last event and has missed all of the current one. The number they gave him to track the incident is [230405-002998]. Many thanks in advance for your support.

    Can you point me to the new thread? I'd like to respond there, too. His "ban" happened on Wednesday, April 5, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. He's answered all questions that have been directed to him and proven that he does, indeed, own the account that is in question. He has now missed the end of Jubilee and the entirety of the Anniversary Event. Again, his incident number is [230405-002998]. I truly appreciate anything you can do to expedite this process.
