On the Quality of Loading Screens

I’ve never seen a cut off loading screen. Not a single one. Every single load screen renders the way it is supposed to for me.
I guess it must be a PC thing.1 -

i dont notice it too much since in most cases the load screens are really fast for me, or i am looking at another one of my computers while the load is happening (or shoveling down food lol)plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

✭✭At one time I was using a triple-monitor configuration with an effective screen size of 6000 x 1080 after bezel correction. With the black bands, it was often hard to determine what zone was depicted, let alone see any heads or feet.

✭I play on PC with gamepad exclusively and get the black borders. I dunno why one would assume that gamepad makes the borders go away. Maybe the issue is not found on Consoles, but it definitely shows up on gamepad ui on PC.- Tybalt Kaine Khajiit Nightblade Aldmeri Dominion

✭✭Why are the new loading screen images of such a lower quality than previous additions? Is anyone else bothered by the zoomed in images of random people's chests? What happened that this passed any inspection? I know it's a small nitpick at best, but they are just straight up strange and low quality. Surely there was a mistake in their rendering, but if not, please remedy them.
I assumed the zoomed in loading screens was due to me playing on an ultra wide monitor, is this happening with standard resolutions too?0 -

✭✭I think it's a new minigame... guess the character. But the "she-troll's" armor is pretty identifiable.
Naryu(?) and the other Dunmer guy are harder to guess.
