I love Verandis' newer voice actor (No offense to Gatt, but he was doing a LOT of voices, so it was nice to have an exclusive voice for Verandis). I find it incredibly soothing. I also really love Robbie Daymond's performance as Fennorian (and I've caught a few other performances of his scattered throughout).
There is one voice actor whom I haven't heard in a while, the voice of Telenger the Artificer. I've made a few attempts on the internet to try and find his voice actor, but with no results. They haven't brought back the character, and I don't think I've heard the voice in a long long while, so I'm a bit concerned that something may have happened to the actor. If anyone knows anything, I would be very grateful.

I do LOVE the tour guide at the wayshrine in Grahtwood. She really nails that sort of half-bored, repetitive tone you can hear when someone is answering the same question over and over by rote.

Hope you enjoy it too!

The voice acting is so good on average, that I have a hard time choosing! So many of the main cast, like Abnur Tharn, the Prophet and Cadwell are just perfect for the roles. Also, both Ayrenn and Emeric are voiced excellently. Some other definite favourites in no particular order are:
- Isobel; her voice acting is near perfect, it conveys the lovable personality of the character so well
- Dayna Imayn; very pleasant, her lines and voice makes going to Vivec bank always a pleasure
- Magistrix Vox; very believable performance of a crazed, grieving mother. Her "I see you" and the ensuing laughter always give me chills.
- Tilenra Sildreth; the acting makes the humour of her quest twice as enjoyable, since it's exaggerated in just the right proportion for a comic story.
- Silurie; something about that husky voice is alluring, and it fits the character.
- jurisreeve Lorne; her actor conveys the emotions of the character very believably without going over the top.
- Sotha Sil
- Sir Hughes; just the perfect voice for the role, and well emoted.

All the dialogue with Queen Ayrenn.

@Wolf_Eye I feel the same! I love the new voice actor they chose for Verandis, his performance was amazing. I felt it added so much depth and emotion to the character. Like you I still enjoyed the original very much, but having him be more distinct really added to his character.
I adored Robbie Daymond as Fennorian as well. I was already a fan of his performance as Prompto in FF15, and was thrilled when I found out he played Fenn. What other NPC's were voiced by Robbie? I wonder if they're some I like and have not yet realized are him.

Robbie has quite the range, so it can sometimes be hard to pick him out. For example, did you know he did Dirge Truptor? That's the human daily quest giver in Southern Elsweyr (Dragonguard refuge/aka Tideholm). He's the one constanly writing in his book. I would have never known it was him if it weren't for the credits!
I could also swear to you that he's that wood elf daily quest giver in Western Skyrim. I don't have confirmation, but the voice stands out to me and you can (kind of) hear Fenn in it.
More obviously, there's that wandering Breton knight in High Isle. He's a random encounter. You'll know him when you hear him because he sounds EXACTLY like how Fennorian would sound if Fenn was a pompous pain in the arse, LOL : P
