Every time I hear them I love the voice acting for Rilis in Banished Cells and the Duchess of Anguish in the main quest when we try to save Sai Sahan. I just think they really brought those characters to life.

I wondered who everyone else enjoys.

I once (years back) had a major crush on Angof the Undying because of his voice. If anyone knows who was the voice actor for him, I'd be happy to know.

I like Jester King Jorunn, but I think it's mostly from his cheeky dialogue.

Jenna O’Gara’s performance of “May Disaster Turn Away” as Audania Decanius in Leyawiin. I frequently use the inn room there as a shortcut and I have to stop and listen if she’s singing that song. It’s absolutely sublime.

Same. I often hang out in the inn in Leyawiin just to listen to her. It's part of the reason I spend more time in Leyawiin than any other town.

I forget her name, the Woodelf we meet in the Wrothgar zone quest. She shows up in a couple of the DLCs.

    I also like Ember's voice.

I do LOVE the tour guide at the wayshrine in Grahtwood. She really nails that sort of half-bored, repetitive tone you can hear when someone is answering the same question over and over by rote.

I love Verandis' newer voice actor (No offense to Gatt, but he was doing a LOT of voices, so it was nice to have an exclusive voice for Verandis). I find it incredibly soothing. I also really love Robbie Daymond's performance as Fennorian (and I've caught a few other performances of his scattered throughout).

There is one voice actor whom I haven't heard in a while, the voice of Telenger the Artificer. I've made a few attempts on the internet to try and find his voice actor, but with no results. They haven't brought back the character, and I don't think I've heard the voice in a long long while, so I'm a bit concerned that something may have happened to the actor. If anyone knows anything, I would be very grateful.

I was just thinking recently about how there are certain characters whose vocal performances really stand out to me among the generally great voice acting in the game. Like there are a lot of characters I love and enjoy listening to, but there are some I would put in a special category of the voicing really adding something special to my experiences with the characters.

Elam Drals is probably my favorite vocal performance in the game. His line delivery is just delectable. Tone, inflection, pacing, he's just so damn droll and I will take every opportunity to hear what he has to say.

I love Fennorian for a lot of reasons, but I was impressed by how his vocal performance was both very expressive and very natural. It's easy for voice acting to land in an extreme of either forced emoting or sounding like an actor just reading off lines, but Fenn's dialogue always sounded like a really interesting dude just having a conversation. (That's more of a compliment than it probably looks like. :D)

Sereyne the drunk kitty mage is super fun and engaging and an example of the line delivery transcending anything predictable about what could have been a fairly standard drunk caricature.

Heem-Jas is such a sad sack and he tries so hard and I love him. I've always enjoyed the male Argonian voices who sound like they're just done, but Heem-Jas has a mix of awkward obliviousness and (attempted) heroic gallantry that I find especially endearing.

I think one of my favorites is Ardanir. I love that accent. Also Bolgrul is great at the deadpan delivery when you get his quests.

Of the main characters, Abnur is probably my big winner there. I really do like interacting with him.

Gotta say that Stefan Mornard shot up to the top of my list recently as well.

Yes, all of these, but Verandis most of all :D

I also very much liked the female investigator in the Summerset quest involving the wood elf avenger dude. The anguish in her voice when a rather awful thing happens is heartbreaking.

I'm sure that's what the quest is called... 'Stop the Wood Elf Avenger Dude'... sigh... can't remember it. XD

Characters that drive me nuts because of the voice acting: Eveli (if I hear 'cracked acorns!' one more time...), the breathy good guy in Banished Cells, tentative Frii, and the female wood elf in Elden Root, though the actual lines she's saying are hilarious XD

Oh man, there are just so many, I wouldn't even know where to begin. I'll just look through this list and agree with the stand-outs.

    James Cleese is awesome

John Cleese is a natural. Such an energetic delivery. What I love about it, is that it feels like he enjoyed playing Cadwell.

    Yes!
Oh my: It looks like you've won! Oeld Rillis' days of freedom are OEVER, it seems!
I think the whole voice acting in Banished Cells is fantastic. Highly entertaining. Even after all these years, its just great.
    Zaan's is amazing.

Divines, yes! I love this voice actor. She is absolutely one of the most unforgettable due to her very idiosyncratic deliveries. Her delivery as the Beastmaster from Blessed Crucible will forever be one of the most quotable lines in the entire game!

    Incineration. BEETAALS!!

Yeah. Heem-Jas' voice actor is perfect for the role. Such a great character.

    He was perfect!

One other, of my own addition: the voice actor who does various Khajiit- the one that springs to mind is the weaponsmith in Wayrest. Tulashurr:

"If you lacka the claws, a sword weel do, yes?"

Oh! Edited to add Laura Bailey, of course! Her voice acting is always great!

Isobel Veloise and Count Leonard Mornand from High Isle and Firesong.
Also a couple of Bards. I don't remember everyone but the one in Rimmen between the chef and the jewelry station is really good.

Edit: another NPC that sticks in my mind is the "paranoid" female Dark Elf in Solitude, I believe is a clothier, which thinks someone is following her. Nice voice.
