This is ESO, you don't need weapons to block. Just a magic glow shield that floats in front of you and consumes stamina somehow. Feel free to use it while unarmed.

From a QoL perspective this is good for tanks. It makes the role easier to learn, less frustrating and more forgiving, and should help to even out the long running tank shortage.

For real though, this is going to be a PvP nightmare while Ash Cloud is giving Dragonknight unlimited Stamina.

Edit: Also, this will do nothing to encourage Tanking, because the primary reason players don’t Tank is because of the reliance on others to do the damage for you and the vast majority of the time, the damage isn’t there.

you'd be surprised. If you were fighting a tanky dk waiting for the bar swap was a good idea
