My impression was that Vampirism was a bit over-tuned in PvP and I suspect this will increase that.
From a PvE perspective, the ability will be far more useful than the current but, I would definitely be a bit scared of what nerfs might be coming to compensate for the change down the line if they try to balance Vampires for PvP.
Without a nerf of the Undead passive this will be catastrophe, and a punch to the face to every StamSorc.
So what's the reason again NOT to play DK then in Cyro?

Both Streak/BoL and Mist Form have cool down and increasing cost. Sorcs can now have both and can use them alternately meaning more teleportation with increasing cost with half the cool down and both defensive and offensive options.

I considered that too, but Sorcerers aren't famous for their abundance of open skill slots.

Looks like I will have to put vamp back on my necro. Very excited about that as he cured vamp at the rework and never put it back. I still think other vamp skills need some help but this is 100% on the right track. At least it will be worth having now.
Im on PTS right now and can tell you that this skill is... trash It works when it wants, it is ground target with short range, I can literally roll dodge faster to a place than use this skill
