How do I scroll trader listings in PC gamepad mode now?

When I do a search for Mara's to check prices the left stick scrolls through all the search modifiers on the left of the screen and before the right stick scrolled through the list of items the search returned. But now there is a display showing the details of the items on the far right and the right stick is scrolling that and I can't figure out how scroll through the item list in the middle. I have gamepad set to auto and even if I grab my mouse or keyboard I can't manipulate the item list to move off the top result. What am I missing here?

You might want to add to the thread to tell them it's happening to you too.

I'm working around this by using the keyboard when I go to a guild trader (initiating it by using E on the guild trader), but it's a pain. If I forget, I have to back out and try again.

What's annoying is that this used to work fine. They don't seem all that interested in fixing it, even though it means people can't use guild traders in gamepad mode.

So I added to the bug report post, but it's confusing to me you've had the issue for so long and it just started doing it for me after they fixed the UI error a couple of days ago. How did it start for you six months ago and mine has been working fine this whole time but now we have the same exact issue?

Maybe different gamepads. Or maybe you got lucky. There's another issue with the gamepad controls not working when zoning into an area. Not everyone is experiencing it.

It was working for me too, until the update with accessibility mode. That's when it broke for me.

@AzuraFan are you using accessibility mode and experiencing the issue? have you tried using the game pad without accessibility mode to see if it still happens? I find my controls unresponsive frequently after using a way shrine or zoning in/out of a trial and have to reloadui. Just wondering if I should ditch accessibility mode and play the old way.

I've tried with and without accessibility mode with the same results. Usually I play without accessibility mode.

Gina was looking for people to provide information about which gamepad they use, etc.

Gamepad support was rock solid for me, until it wasn't. They introduced bugs a few updates back and can't seem to figure out how to fix them.

I wound up switching characters, tried the trader and it worked ok then switched back to the original character and it was working correctly for him again as well.
