Can't scroll items in guild trader using a gamepad

I don't know if this is a bug or something to do with the new accessibility mode and I need to change a setting, but I can no longer scroll items at a guild trader. I can search for items fine, but when the search results come up, the left stick scrolls the left-hand panel (with the search box and filters). The right stick does nothing. So I can't scroll through the search results.

Both sticks (left and right) work fine in other parts of the game and in other games, so it's not not the gamepad. Is there a setting I need to change? Should I somehow be able to switch the focus to the items panel and use the left stick to scroll? There's nothing on the screen to indicate that.

Just wondering if I'm missing something obvious or encountering a bug.

I have the same issue.

Edit Oct 19, 2022: I still have the same issue. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this?

Having the same issue now too. Scrolling the trader worked fine until the UI error that was showing up because of the preview pane got fixed. Now I can't scroll the results list for searches, making traders unusable.
