Definitely love a lot of these. I think being able to drink alcohol, or use skooma/moon sugar, would be awesome. I love those little immersive things that game developers add into the game. Drinking culture is big in Skyrim, and skooma is a prevalent part of Tamrielic underground culture, so I don't see why we should be barred from using them unless ZOS just wants to keep the game's maturity rating low (I know we can brew and drink alcohol, but it's just buff food. No actual visual effects if you drink too much, etc).
Music would also be cool. I think the best music system I've ever seen in an MMO was in Lord of the Rings Online. On your lute you can play the game's automatic songs when you use the lute emote, but you can also use your number row like a piano and play individual keys, thus being able to manually play a whole song that you want. You can even load song files as an addon and play those songs on your lute too. It's a shame ESO doesn't have something like this.
Anything to make the world feel more interactable and lived-in is something I would want to see added. It's why I love Skyrim mods since we can just make these things ourselves. Sadly for ESO we've got to hope that the devs have enough free time on their hands to care about small immersion additions.
- I would absolutely love to see a similar music system to that of New World adopted for ESO, and fishing as well. With the ability to create instruments and fishing poles, spears, and fish traps.
- The ability to send companions out to dig up treasures and collect resources from surveys.
- The ability to completely hide other people's non-combat and class pets.
- Mannequins and weapon racks as furnishings.
- Bag slots also inspired by New World that could be crafted and enchanted to increase drop rates of certain resources, increase capacity, etc.
- Gear sets specifically for harvesting/gathering resources or fishing.
- Multiple participants' emotes like dancing, rock-paper-scissors, etc.
- Painting skill, where you can set up an easel and paint a scene in the world, like a screenshot but more meaningful. The paintings can be used as furnishings if you have blueprints to craft frames at the woodworking table.
- And last but not least a better reward system, especially for CP levels, each CP could also reward you a small amount of zeals of endeavor.

Also you should be able to equip helmets, body/face markings, hairs and maybe skins on them. I guess they would be generic in everything but appearance? Unless you could choose a preset story/background/quest experience for them? Or maybe just allow 100% customisation of existing companions.
Definitely would like to see more objects that you can interact with. I've played quite a few RPG games. Morrowind, Deus Ex (2000) and Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines, for example. All GOAT's. But what I thought let them down is that you can't really interact with the environment much. Just being able to sit makes a world of difference. Being able to see your character visibly sleep - even better! Maybe you could sit down at a desk and start writing a letter or sit down on a chair/in bed and read a book/drink some wine/eat a roasted Bantam Guar leg.
I'm sure we could come up with a gazillion ideas but I'm not sure how easy some would be to make work.
One idea maybe is that you could place "animation nodes" around your house which would be invisible but when clicked would play an animation. No awkwardly trying to position yourself as you can manipulate the XYZ axis of the node.
I really like the job idea! It would breath even more life into the game. Make it more like a second life...Like you're actually existing in the world. It could function as a fun mini game too.
Good ideas as long as they're optional - fighting addictions and homes deteriorating sounds annoying.
And yeah I'd absolutely like be able to audibly fart on someone... Maybe make it a momento with a 1-hr cooldown though so it's not spammed? Actually, introducing cooldowns for stuff like the mud ball would be a good compromise for people who love them and the people who hate them. Not sure how that would work for emotes.
Wouldn't it be awesome if we could have multiple person bands like something out of Sea of Thieves!?

I had some ideas on that one also, here's the thread if you want to have a look
We really need to be able to dye our accessories. I don't understand why we can't. Sometimes the colour of my headband doesn't match my colour scheme of my outfitsA new major adornment idea. Looks very nice.
And then I remembered again. We CAN`T recolor major adornments at all. Why is that?? I want this BAD in the game! BAD!

Hey Technica how are you? Yes I understand you very well. I guess it frustrates you? It bugs me, since I started with ESO. Maybe just me, but If I can´t dye this, I won´t use it. Then it remains, as another corps in my collection. Which is sad.
Your headband has the color of your hair. I'd say just dye your hair, but alas.... 😅

I'd like to see dyeable hair and dyable accessories tbh. 🤣
Yes It bugs me that the colour of the circlets or other head peices change colour based on your hair colour, why??
It's frustrated me that sometimes my outfit might be silver, but my circlet is gold. It doesn't match and I end up choosing something else
It would be nice to have a hairdresser in the cities, as well as an option to dye the head pieces separately.

I was thinking the other day, how great it could be, to create my own paintings. Imagine take a game image, and paint it on a canvas. Then later place it at home, on a wall.

That would be awesome!
I recently finished a game called Eastshade that has a painting mechanic and I love it so much. Would be lovely to see that in ESO
