Which unkillable NPC would you like to be able to assassinate?

from Amenos, who kept double-crossing eachother

to an Oblivion pocket plane for a while. I thought it was a cringy take on the trope, and they were both unlikable and rude to the Vestige, so they could use the quality time there

It would be great to.be able to blade of.woe everyone, including our on companions. Vendors.could Insta respawn with no loot drops.but would be fun.

Guards should be killable. Killing all witnesses should remove bounty.
The harassing NPCs (especially Stuga) should be killable and then they have a shrine in say the fighters guild where you can go get their quest if you want to.

I don't want to kill anyone.
But some of the passive-aggressive quest givers, gods they have to tone them down A LOT.
One example of MANY: I run into Bergama to do the New Life sprint on a character that hasn't done the quest in the area.
From the front gates that dude followed me even INTO the sprint event. Like, really?
"You'd be safer in the desert than in Bergama wayfarer."

I get that they want us to know there are quests and stuff to do, but there has got to be a better way than making me feel like ZoS is trying to cram content down my throat WHILE I'm trying to do their other content lol.

Actually now that I think about it, there was one time I got a bounty bcuz I found a thieve's trove not far from the city...

Yeah, especially when someone's just interacting with said vendor, so their trading screen will close every time and they won't be able to sell their things.

I wish we could "bash" any singing bard to make them shut up for 30 seconds. They would go to a cower emote during that time then cautiously look around and then start playing again.

Lots of good ones already mentioned, but one I haven’t seen yet is Ashur.

Per Naryu and previous lore, the Morag Tong has been in decline since the assassination of the Akaviri Potentates got them on absolutely everyone’s blacklist. Also per Naryu, the Morag Tong is just barely starting to squeak back into being a respectable organization again. Per Ashur, that was his grandfather’s Writ - so of course that idiot mer decides to rip open that bit of ancient history and never mind how much trouble it got his organization in last time. On top of that he’s obnoxious, and called the Dark Brotherhood lunatics to the face of my Dark Brotherhood assassin. *facepalm* No situational awareness at all, and he’s supposed to be an assassin!

Stuga first, then every single bard in the game. All of them are pretty awful, and I would enjoy blade of woeing them.

Any of the town gossipers and all bards. It's gotten so annoying lately that I have muted all NPCs. When I'm questing in a new zone, I unmute them. Once the zone is done, back to mute.

Unfortunately, there is no way to silence the bards. Muting NPCs doesn't work and neither does turning off the music.
