Which unkillable NPC would you like to be able to assassinate?

Personally I get annoyed at the guy playing the songs in Galen a little west of the main city's wayshrine. Every single time I pass by to go do my dailies I hear the same song. I'd love to be able to assassinate him, the joy of watching him fall to the ground and drop his instrument would be awesome! Second in line would be the lady in Rawl'KHA in Reaper's March that is constantly going on about sentencing that guy to the stocks. UUGH

Killing them would be a bit too harsh for my liking. I mean, they're not doing anything more than being annoying. How about a permanent silence spell instead? For Sorinne, Stuga, the untalented bard in the Gonfalon tavern (although, in that case, an assassination might be justified), Naryu, Jakarn, and all other obtrusive "fan favourites" (the more I think about it, that means probably all of them except for Fennorian - but who knows how much his character will be ruined when he returns, which I am sure he will).

And the "There you are".... they made it as difficult as possible to get rid of her....
Seriously, I was indifferent to the game, until her, and the forcing of having to play a match just to shut her up... you can't even concede and throw the match, just to get out of it... you have to win one and then talk to the mentally handicapped khajiit and his sister, just to get the bimbo billboard to shut up in towns.....
I was indifferent, now I despise the card game.

There were a quite few candidates throughout the years, but I'd have to think a while which quests they belonged to...

The first one I remember is that slave trading *** of a tavern owner in Sadrith Mora you have to cater to for Ember's quest. I just couldn't believe that there wasn't AT LEAST an "Intimidate" option to get him to tell me where to find Jhaka. I understand that they wanted to show off the monkey idea, and that one was a nice touch in illustrating how Ember works, but my character is more of a dutiful hero than a trickster, and while not prone to violence for the sake of violence, he believes in finishing off those who hurt others for sport, fun, profit, or similar unsavoury reasons. And having bested Daedra, monsters, and cults alike, he shouldn't have a problem getting through some disgusting Telvanni slavers...

This was the first NPC I actually hated in ESO. Sure, there have been annoying NPCs like Stuga with her condescending tone or the guy screaming "Help! HELLLLP!!!" in your face at the Saintsport Wayshrine in Stros M'Kai. But Sorinne Gaerard takes the cake on this one.

All those NPCs sticking to us like glue when they absolutely want us to take over a quest... No matter what we do, they follow...

It would be nice for various quest-giver NPCs to give you a dialogue option something like "Can you remind me about this later?", where "later" could be a minimum 1 or 2 months, but with the option to resume the dialogue at any point just by interacting with the NPC. Various NPCs would become a lot less annoying.
