We've been 'waiting for the next patch' since February. It's just that now the game is live we'd like them to actually fix these bugs rather than contenting themselves with writing about how they've now fixed the bugs in each set of patch notes.
What with us being paying customers now and all.

Nobody cares if 1 quest works or not there are more important parts than fixing 1 quest.
you dont need that quest for an achivment or anything just go on and if the a new patch hits the server, try it again.Edited by Kroin on April 4, 2014 11:49AM2 -

Actually, I can confirm it is needed to finish the Glenumbra Quest Completion achievement. Still bugged as of right now. If they're patching today, I hope they fix it. Ebonheart doesn't have this problem...1 -

crimavng✭Actually you do not need this quest for the achievement as there are more quests than the achievement of 61. I believe the total is 67 total quests in the zone. If you still don't believe I'll link you my achievement.0

I can confirm that it isn't needed.
I have the achievement and this is the only quest in the entire zone I haven't done.
This quest leaves me with Glenumbra 99% completed because I haven't been able to do it since day 1 of early access *internal rage*.
So no, this quest isn't needed for the achievement.

Many bugs were identified and reported in beta but still bugged in live.
As far as this one I believe I successfully completed during beta so it might be a new issue after all.

Another quest out of MANY that are bugged. Another fine example of an MMORPG rushed to release to make profit. I see this trend with ALL MMORPGs. It's amazing that we all keep coming back for more sub-par quality games.0
