    I also have encountered this and logged off there last night. I'm hoping It'll be fixed when I magically appear in Tamriel later this afternoon.

    bugged for me as well, i've moved on now, level 20, but i'm still holding the quest because i really want to get it finished

    I was informed by customer service this will be fixed on the 04/04/14 patch. The patch today does not include this in its notes.

    Hopefully once the server goes back up this bug will be fixed even though the patch notes made no mention of it.

    Still bugged after overnight maintenance and patch. This was the one quest in Glenumbra relog-a-thons could never fix, and it wasn't prioritized? Sigh.

    This isn't a phasing issue, the quest simply doesn't work. Was hoping it would get addressed this patch.

    Relogged a few times, but nothing.

    Will have to wait for Zeni to patch it.

    Yeah still bugged. Only one left for me to do in this area too. You still get the achievement though, this one doesn't count apparently.

    Relogging several times didnt help me. But there are drawers and nightstands up there and those reset everytime you relog. (That is when your alone there.) Its a nice spot to farm provisoning recipes and hope for a racial style. But i got bored after trieing a few times and moved on ....
