PTS Patch Notes 8.1.2 incomplete?

I've read the patch notes for 8.1.2. twice over now and it appears to be missing the segment where zos puts "reverted the templar jabs damage nerf to previous levels" surely this has to be an oversight, there is literally no good reason for jabs to still be buggered over sideways and zos is not this toughtless, right?
